Wonderful experience. Right on time pickup at cruise port. Was in constant contact so we knew where to meet. Great knowledge of the city and dropped off at airport after tour.
The tour was in depth at all our stops and our drive throughs. We were given the history of the places and that helped when we stopped, we knew what to look to look for. He knew the history of the beginning of Vancouver and who started it. He knew how the city changed into what it is today. He was on time with a very clean van that heled 6 people and luggage from a 7-day cruise. I would highly recommend this guide service.
We were traveling back from Alaska and had 12 hours before our flight left Vancouver. We decided to use Viator for a private tour of the city. Our driver, Babak promptly picked us up at the docks, discussed our options for the tour and we set off for a phenomenal tour of the beautiful city of Vancouver. Babak was informative and answered all our questions about the city and gave us unique view of the local culture.
With prompt pick up, luggage transport, breathtaking views and drop off at the Airport terminal, Viator and Babak made the last day of our trip effortless and a pure stress-free joy. I highly recommend this experience for any traveler who wants to have the ultimate stress free close to a vacation.

Emad was an excellent tour guide. He showed up right on time and took us on a great tour. We saw all the different areas of Vancouver from the bustling inner city to beautiful parks and the gorgeous ocean views. He took us to lunch at a Persian restaurant that had some of the best food we had ever eaten. All throughout the tour, Emad told us interesting information about the sights we were seeing. As a bonus, he was a very and engaging person. We would highly recommend viator as a tour company and Emad as a guide.
Mahin was an amazing guide & driver telling us all about the different parts of Vancouver, she customised our trip a bit while getting to know us which we loved!!! We had an amazing time - definitely give her a try, I also heard she makes Persian Food with a Viator Tour - wish we had enough time to try that.
This tour is a great way to see a small part of what the city has to offer. Our tour guide, Hamed, was great. He gave us so much information on the different parts of the city. He gave us plenty of time for veiwing and shopping.
It was terrible, your company hired a freelance Uber Driver who was not an experienced tour guide and could hardly speak English 0- very disappointing.
Really liked being met at the cruise port with all of our luggage, then a 6 hour tour being dropped at our hotel. Navid was very personable and made time for coffee and snack and later lunch at the market place. Lots of information about the city and environs with time to get out and walk around a bit. Enjoyed the visit very much.
Vancouver is a very interesting town, alot of history, for modern times to past history. Parks and market areas.

We had an absolutely wonderful day exploring Vancouver with our fantastic guide, Mahin! From the moment we met, she was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing her beautiful city with us.
Mahin gave us such a memorable introduction to Vancouver, taking us through the colorful sights and flavors of Granville Island, the spectacular natural beauty of Stanley Park, and the historic charm of Gastown. We also loved venturing beyond downtown to explore North and West Vancouver, where she shared even more of the area’s gorgeous scenery and unique character.
One of the things we appreciated most was how relaxed and personalized the day felt. Mahin was attentive to our interests, gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop, and shared fascinating stories and local insights along the way. She even introduced us to a delicious Persian restaurant for lunch, which was an unexpected treat and one of the highlights of our day!
By the end of the tour, we felt like we’d experienced so much more than just Vancouver’s famous sights—we had a real sense of the city and the people who call it home.

We booked a 6 hour tour of Vancouver. Navid was our guide and he was fantastic. He was able to answer numerous questions about the city and location we toured. He was pleasant, punctual and we would recommend him and this tour to anyone touring Vancouver. He was also flexible with the tour and made sure we could stay longer at the locations that interested us most.
It was great to have a private tour. Our driver, Abtin, was wonderful. See what you were interested in and not what a group of others were and spend as much time there as you wanted while not being rushed.

Great overview of the city ...accessibility was a priority and this tour exceeded expectations there. Our driver Simin was very jind and patient. Would like to have had more history etc of the city but driving was quite a job ......lots of traffic. Excellent lunch stoo choices...unique.

As a first timer to Vancouver after a cruise, I booked this private tour to see as much of the area as possible in several hours. This tour exceeded our expectations and made the transfer from the cruise ship to sight seeing, a stop for lunch and to the hotel all with the ease of keeping our luggage with us.
