Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.

Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions may change—check the product website for updates.The operator is not liable for damages unless required by law.
Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
Travel Document Requirements: U.S. or Canadian passport holders must carry a valid passport. U.S. permanent residents must bring a valid passport and green card. Non-U.S./Canadian travelers must prepare the appropriate visa per U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) guidelines (cbp.gov). If your U.S. visa is in an expired passport but still valid, travel with both your new and old passports. Chinese passport holders with 10-year B1/B2 visas must complete EVUS registration before traveling (evus.gov).
The price in the system is US dollars including tax. If you need to pay in CAD dollars, all CAD dollar prices do not include 5% GST.
Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure factor, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
Luggage and Border Crossing Guidelines: Luggage is inspected at borders and must be claimed before crossing. Unclaimed luggage cannot cross. Passengers must declare dutiable items. Tour operators are not responsible for luggage at borders. Those denied entry must arrange their own transportation.

Poor experience

I come from a Spanish-speaking country and signed up for the tour in English, but it was conducted almost entirely in Mandarin Chinese; the people involved didn't speak English. The guide seemed lost and didn't know where he was taking us—he didn't even know the location of Amazon Headquarters, which is part of the tour. He also claimed I hadn't paid for the tour, which is impossible, as Viator wouldn't issue a ticket without payment. It was a very bad experience. On top of that, he was falling asleep while driving.

After reviewing your concerns with our guide, we acknowledge the following: Language: The tour was indeed conducted mainly in Mandarin. While our guide did try to give you personal English commentary, we understand this was not sufficient. We will improve our handling of multilingual groups going forward. Navigation: The guide made GPS errors and took multiple wrong turns before reaching the correct sites. This was our mistake, and we will take steps to prevent it from happening again. Driver alertness: The guide insists he was not sleepy, but we take safety concerns very seriously and will reinforce our policies on driver rest and attentiveness. Payment: The guide mistakenly questioned your payment status, but we have since confirmed that your booking was properly paid through Viator. No payment was requested from you. We sincerely regret this experience. As a goodwill gesture, we would like to offer you a partial refund or a complimentary future tour—please let us know your preference. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you better.

Pikes market is huge so map it out before go on this tour because you won’t have time to see it all. This tours should allow at least 4 hours. The Amazon stop was not needed I would have liked to spend more time at the space needle and Pike Market.

I booked an English speaking tour, was told I had a Chinese speaking tour, once I voiced my concerns the company did not refund money or listen to my concerns in not fulfilling their contract obligations with what I had purchased

It’s very amazing to see the Chihuly Garden and Glass. 1 day trip is not enough to see the beauty of Seattle so if you want to go there better book for 2 days.

You're stuck on the bus a lot. Driver was late to pick up location. You actually don't have time to go up the space needle cause it's too crowded, but you have to find something to do for the 2hrs you're there. Pike Market is WAY too crowded to enjoy any of it. No washrooms on the bus. This was my 2nd trip with Viator and both were kinda mediocre. Won't book with them again.

sorry for not providing the perfect tour. on a saturday of the holiday. the traffic sure is a very important factor for our tour experiences. the tour guide was late because of it. the space needle also get so crowded, but we still make a stop for 1 hour for our cusotmers to tour around. Pike Market is also a main stop for this tour, considering the crowded people, the tour guide made the duration to 2 hours. we were trying our best to complete our itinerary. What can we do next time to make this a 5 star experience? We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you back on your next tour with us!

Suggestion: conseiller aux clients de réserver leurs places pour le Space Needle en amont de la journée.. Nous sommes arrivés au SN à 15h mais aucun ticket disponible avant 18h! C'est dommage..
