This was a fantastic experience, a great day trip into the wine country of East Southeast Georgia, Nick 🇬🇪 was a great guide very knowledgeable about all the wines and territory. I would highly recommend this tour and the wine tasting was excellent, there was also a nice resort village at the end of the road for some relaxing time before the drive back to Tbilisi.. Georgian Cuisine- Cooking 🧑‍🍳 class

Easy place to find for the meeting and a nice restaurant and patio to relax before the cooking. We had a very nice crew of eight people. The things we made were excellent and fun to eat and enjoy our laborers afterwards. Approximately two hours and you get the recipes after you’re finished.

Fantastic day in Armenia with Maria

We had a fantastic day in Armenia with Maria and Gaga. Gaga was a very safe and cautious driver. Marina is a great guide who was able to lead the group effortlessly and connect with everyone. Her English is great and she knows how to convey information without talking AT you. She answered all our questions and was a great support at the border crossings. The tour itself of course consists of a lot of driving, but the different stops are very interesting and the timing for each of them was perfect for us. The home cooked meal was by far our favourite part, the food was amazing. One piece of advice I would give for this tour: take a little bit of food with you to give to the stray dogs. They are not nearly as well taken care of as in Georgia. Overall we had a great day and can not recommend this tour enough! Armenia is a beautiful country with great sights to see and we felt well taken care of on this tour with Gamarjoba Georgia Tours.

I’d really recommend this...

I’d really recommend this tour. Everything went great. Our tour guide Teja was really very kind and good in english and she told us a lot about the history and explained the legends to us. I was a solo traveler and i’d also recommend it to solo travelers, because you can just let go and enjoy yourself.

Davit/David was one of the very best tour guides we have ever had. Warm, curious, knowledgeable. He knew when to guide and when not to. The tour itself was spectacular. Beautiful scenery and fascinating historical sites from medieval fortresses to Soviet era statues. Well worth it!

Well run, well paced

Hard to beat of you want a day tour to Armenia from Tbilisi. We hit all the main highlights listed in the itinerary, the best of which was Haghpat Monastery. The day flew by fast, as it was well paced. The car was comfortable with good A/C. The guide was professional and knowledgeable. And the price was good value. There’s lot a lot of time to linger, but that’s the price you pay for visiting a lot of the country in one day. No complaints. Well run!

Wonderful trip from Tbilisi to Yerevan

It was a pleasant journey to Yerevan. We choose this option so we could visit some places on our way from Tbilisi to Yerevan (you can also choose to go back to Tbilisi). Our guide, Paatat, was very knowledgeable and even gave us some information when passing by important points of Georgia or Armenia. It was a wonderful trip, we would recommend :)

Wonderful trip to Kakheti

We really enjoyed our private trip. Our guide, George, spoke both Russian and English fluently, and was a careful driver and a thoughtful and accommodating host. I travelled with elderly parents. First stop at Manavi castle was breathtaking, and we were the only ones there. Wine tasting was with an outstanding small family winery Muzze, run by two young brothers. Learned about traditional Georgian winemaking process, tasted 3 wines and 2 chachas, all excellent. Ended up buying 7 bottles and received one as a present ;). Cheese stop was great too. The monastery and adjacent City of Love were pretty crowded on a saturday (lots of weddings), so i would recommend doing this trip on mon-thursday. Finally, lunch with a local family was lovely and delicious, with plenty of drink. The weather was great, so we sat outdoors amongst chicks, ducklings and bunnies. We really enjoyed the whole trip. Would love to come back and explore more wineries another time. No hesitation in recommending the company - everything ran very smoothly, with Whatsup notifications, pickup warnings, food allergy inquiries, etc.

Sewa’s masterclass was pure joy! He teaches how to make khinkali and khachapuri with such ease and humor that even complete beginners succeed. The atmosphere felt like visiting a friend’s home — warm, fun, and with a glass of wine in hand. I especially loved how Sewa talked about Georgian feasts and the traditions behind the toasts.
