Sun & Snow and a great daytrip to Kazbegi and Gudauri
We had a great daytrip to Kazbegi and Gudauri on 23rd April.
The weather meant we went from 20C+ (Tbilisi) to snowing quite heavily and road closures so we only got to the Georgian & Russian Friendship monument. But what a memorable day we had.
The guide was very informative and he and the driver did their best to try and get us to Kazbegi (two attempts).
The Ananuri fortress complex is a spectacularly beautiful and atmospheric place.
The Alpine Guadauri was a beautiful surprise.
We may not have seen Georgia`s poster shot highlight of Gergheti church but we will never forget being stood in the snow at the Friendship Monument. The bonus for the weather interruption was a visit on our return to Tblisi to the Chronical of Georgia which was quite something to be seen.

Great tour!
A wonderful morning tour! It’s the perfect length for these visits and allows you to keep on investigating this amazing city afterwards. Time well spent and completely worth it. The tour was entertaining, and it's definitely worth booking the option that includes the Georgian wine tasting.
Mariam was a fantastic guide - so lovely and helpful. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, and the one we tried was phenomenal. Highly recommended!

Note, even though you're...
Note, even though you're told a meeting spot, you'll be redirected to a separate location. The tour office is on a side street and they organize everyone based on what tour the signed up for. I had the tour guide Kati who was able to explain a lot about the region and history. One thing I noticed about guides in Georgia, they explain a place then let you wander in on your own. She explained how the tags on the stray dogs mean that they're vaccinated and the color indicates if they're friendly or not. Great for a dog lover.

Our guide Eto and our...
Our guide Eto and our winery host Vakho were ideal ambassadors to Georgia and Georgian culture. Eto was a wonderful and engaging guide for our travel across Georgia’s Kakheti region (one of those “never met a stranger” personalities!). Vakho was the consummate host and toastmaster. I could not recommend the experience more – an unforgettable day!

Great wine tasting tour!
It was a great chance to get to know the wine culture of the country, both in a local cellar and a wine factory and try different types of local wines.
Our guide Luka was very nice and engaged. He tried very hard to make this experience unforgettable for everybody!

An incredibly planned out tour...
A very organised tour, from begining to the end everything was very thought out. The host Miriam was awesome and enthusiastic. Unfortunately out of anyones control roads was closed due to weather but plan B was already thought out... Vehicle was very comfortable and food delicious.
A great experience, thank you

Tbilisi to Kazbegi and back
A definite must see worthwhile tour
Our guide Giorgi was very knowledgeable, with lost of experience, efficient and had a good sense of humour.
During winter, i's a very precisely timed tour to ensure the vehicle isn't stopped for traffic on the road up north.
Giorgi was clear with his communication and we always knew what to do and where to be.
The stops themselves are magnificent. During winter it's truly a winter wonderland spectacle and I'm sure summer is as breathtaking.

Although we stayed for...
Although we stayed for one week in Tbilisi, we had one-day trips throughout our stay in Georgia. Therefore, this walking tour was the perfect way to get introduced to the main sites of Tbilisi in this short time. Our guide, Nino, was very friendly and offered us more information than on the set itinerary. She even took us to Maidaan Bazaar, which was a great addition, especially since we returned there a few times to buy souvenirs. The highlight of the tour was a stop at a local wine shop where we tasted some Georgian wine, which opened our appetite to even buy some. This is a tour worth taking for everyone.

Amazing experience
The trip was truly amazing and very well organized from start to finish. Our guide, George from Georgia (surname: “Son of Georgia”), was outstanding and made the experience even better. He shared a lot of interesting and insightful information about the places we visited, which added great value to the journey.
The locations covered were absolutely beautiful, and the timing at each stop was well planned, giving us enough time to explore without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this tour, and if possible, do ask for George for an even better experience.

Old Tbilisi Uncovered: A Walking Tour Through Time with Jonah
We had an easy and interesting walking tour with Jonah. Over 3 hours, he took us through the 'must see' and significant spots of Old Tbilisi that has shaped the history of the city and Georgia. This has set the tone for the rest of our trip in Georgia.

Great daytrip with lots...
Great daytrip with lots of impressions and views. Alot of time spent in a car but with a guide like Zezva time flied; friendly, down to earth and very informative throughout the whole day with evenly spread out stops. Also very funny - a person youd hope to mert again some time. We had some unfortunate wheather at the last stop of the journey but he still tried to make the best of it, improvising just to see if things could work out at some other location etc. Highly recommended!

Tbilisi
One member of our party had a severe sciatica outbreak and could walk but meters at a time, so George completely rearranged our day. We drove to numerous locations not on the itinerary and walking Lind distances were unnecessary. It was a wonderful day made possible by George’s flexibility and willingness to accommodate. Hats off to George.
