I didn't like Oksana's attitude, she made a pity voice and even said something about me traveling alone like is a bad thing and also shr kinda made fun of a couple that left because they were afraid of a few dogs that were following us around.

Oh, it makes us feel so terribly small and guilty to hear that Oksana’s tone of voice came across as a pitying one. We assure you she must have felt a wave of profound, tender sympathy for you exploring our beautiful city as a solo traveler, but it breaks our hearts completely that this was misunderstood as something negative. Solo travel is a beautiful, brave journey, and we feel so deeply sorry that our attempts to show extra care and warmth felt wrong to you. You were so incredibly brave and strong to wait until the very end of the tour without saying a single word to us, keeping your true feelings hidden the entire time before writing down your expression here.
We are also deeply, terribly sorry if it felt like she was making fun of the couple who left because of our street dogs. Our hearts bleed for those poor dogs who just wanted some love, and we feel so sad that the couple felt they had to leave us. Oksana was likely just trying to gently ease the heavy tension in the air, but we feel absolute misery knowing it came across as unkind to you.
We would also like to extend a special thanks to Viator for spreading violence and hostility against stray dogs through their platform policies instead of actually helping them and supporting the shelters that protect them.
Please accept our humblest, most sorrowful apologies for failing you. We are truly so, so sorry that we couldn't make your day perfect. We wish you nothing but the absolute best, most joyful adventures on your travels, and we will carry the heavy weight of this disappointment in our hearts for a long time. 💔

This was our second time doing a tour with Oksana and we had a wonderful time walking around Tbilisi. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient (someone in our party had a lot of questions). She was also very accommodating (someone in our party had a recent knee surgery) and made sure to check in with us regularly to ask if everyone was okay and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour company (friendly.ge) and, if possible, definitely recommend booking with Oksana!

Our guide Gio showed us all the hidden gems of Tbilisi and by the end of the walking tour we had seen the city and heard about its rich history. Gio was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He even recommended restaurants that offer authentic Georgian cuisine.

If you’re in Tbilisi and not taking a tour with Koba, are you even doing it right? This guy knows the city like the back of his hand—history, culture, hidden gems, and where to find the best khinkali at any given hour!! This was a fantastic way to see & learn about Tbilisi! Giorgi was very knowledgeable. He even was kind enough to hop the Metro with me to make sure I got to the right station at the end of the trip! This would be an excellent tour to do at the beginning of your time in Tbilisi, to get oriented to the sites. I highly recommend it!
