Our classes are interactive. You'll get hands-on training from a local chef sharing her cooking techniques creating typical dishes that you can easily repeat at home. Thanks to this class you'll taste our genuine food, discover our traditions and you'll learn some tips about our cuisine. Quite all dietary needs are welcome (vegetarian, vegan, intolerance and celiac, kids, pescatarian).

In just an hour you can visit the most interesting places in the old town and in the Umbertino village. Our slogan is "the best way to visit the city of two seas". In fact, it often happens that you are just passing through our capital, you stop only for a few hours, a fleeting meal and you are disappointed to have noticed a beautiful city but that for reasons of time we did not linger as it would have deserved because the territory is quite extensive, what better opportunity then to speed up everything by spending a pleasant hour letting yourself be guided aboard a nice Calessino bee? Orecchiette con Dora, preparale con me e portale a casa con te! Workshop per un ottimo impasto della tipica pasta pugliese. Lezione di pasta fresca per coppie o piccoli gruppi (NO SINGOLI). Flessibilità di orario. Prepara le orecchiette con uno dei migliori chef di sempre: mamma Dora. Ti accoglieremo con un aperitivo fresco, a km 0, con i prodotti della nostra campagna (allergie o intolleranze sono da comunicare al momento della prenotazione). Preparerai le tue orecchiette e una volta terminato il workshop potrai portare a casa il tuo vassoio di pasta fresca:) Dora ti mostrerà come preparare la pasta perfetta: nessuna macchina, solo le tue mani, con ingredienti semplici e tanto amore. Imparerai a creare l'impasto perfetto che dà vita ad una pasta fresca unica nel suo genere.
