What are people saying about Stockholm

Stockholm cruise
The cruise was a leisurely beautiful and informative ride through and around the archipelago of Stockholm. It is just the right amount of time and our tour was on a very hot day. The boat is covered so it was very comfortable and the crew offers drinks and snacks for a small charge.

Great intro to Stockholm and Gamla Stan
The 2.5 hours went by quickly! Our tour guide, Viola, made the information entertaining and interspersed her own experiences as an outsider moving to Stockholm. Despite the length, it isn’t a large amount of walking. Overall a great initial introduction to Stockholm and Gamla Stan!

Stunning museum brought to life by a wonderful guide
A must see whilst in Stockholm. The ship itself is simply stunning and the museum provides ample detail of Vasa's history, subsequent emergence and preservation. Our guide, Zoe, brought Vasa to life with her infectious enthusiasm and passion for the subject, resulting in a truly memorable visit. Highly recommended.

Excellent introduction to Stockholm and Swedish culture and history
This was one of the highlights of my first visit to Stockholm. August was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the city he grew up in. I especially appreciated how he connected Stockholm’s history to modern Swedish life and provided useful recommendations for exploring on my own afterward. The tour helped me understand the layout of the city and gave me a much greater appreciation for places like Gamla Stan and the waterfront areas. If you’re visiting Stockholm for the first time, I strongly recommend taking this tour as a starting point. You can then go back and spend more time at the Royal Palace and museums.

Just like the Swedish capital, Stockholm tours combine dynamic city living with nature escapes. Stroll the colorful squares and cobblestone streets of the medieval Old Town, then enjoy the ritual of fika, or a coffee and sweets break, with your local guide. A Baltic Sea archipelago, Stockholm may be even better explored by the water. Take a kayak or boat ride between the islands’ traditional fishing cottages, centuries-old fortresses, and the restored sunken Vasa warship. If you’d prefer to go further off the grid, visit Stockholm’s nearby forests and meadows to hike among Viking runes, boar, and elk.
