It was hard to find the boat. There was no sign of the company (Scandia) and it was not located across from Palace. Had to ask another boat company who pointed out their location. Guide was reading from a script for the whole trip, which was obvious and not enjoyable. The trip was late May and it was sunny and cold. There were a lot of blankets for everyone, refreshments and sandwiches in the galley.

We booked for 10:30 am and had a confirmation and there was not a cruise taking off, we had to wait until 1 pm. The cruise was nice blankets provided which we used and loved. They did the speaking in 5 languages which was strange. Speakers were pretty average. It was a pretty day so that was great.

It was a really cool way to see the area but it shouldn’t be called guided. The microphone was cutting out and the guide only spoke maybe 10 sentences the whole two hours.

We took this tour in English but the comments were scarce. Nothing commented in English for long periods of time. I didn’t know what I was seeing most of the time. No comments on history or else. Sorry but I didn’t like it. I did like the boat and cruise itself though, relaxing and beautiful to look at.

Tour company did not even turn up. No emails or messages to tell us the trip was cancelled. Even the kiosk on the port was unmanned. Another companies kiosk said this company just cancels when they feel like if, if there are not enough people. I understand if not enough tourists to make it viable cost wise, but at least let people know well ahead of time.

I booked this 2-hour tour with Red Sightseeing through Viator a week in advance to be prepared. My confirmation was for 1:00 PM. When I showed up at the right spot at the right time, an employee just told me the 1:00 PM tour was cancelled. They ran one at 12:30 PM instead, but failed to inform anyone who was booked for the 1:00 PM slot. I received zero notification about this change. No email, no text, nothing. It's an incredibly disorganized and disrespectful way to treat paying customers. My time was wasted, and my plans for the day were ruined. I have demanded a full refund. I would strongly caution anyone against booking with this company unless you're prepared for last-minute cancellations without any warning..

They need to double check what was sent to them from your company my paperwork was completely wrong and I was unable to board the boat due to the incorrect information. It said I booked a pub crawl on the red sightseeing tour and neither of those were cracked so the boat I did Buck would not let me board.

Não havia nenhuma indicação no local com um “banner” ou o que valha de “Scandic Tours”. A única indicação válida era o “red sightseeing “ que foi fácil de achar, mas era concorrente e não foi muito prestativo. Inicialmente só informou que não era ali e deu uma indicação vaga. Saí a procurar e nada! Voltando lá ele disse que iria me ajudar mas eu virei as costas para ele (???!!). Depois do “sermão “ me deu a indicação precisa, valorizando sua ajuda. Ainda bem que cheguei cedo pois levou muito tempo. No local havia apenas uma moça sentada numa cadeira com um tablet na mão, sem nenhuma placa que chamasse a atenção. Havia comprado 4 passagens ( 2 adultos e dois “seniors”) mas a moça me falou que só havia reserva para 2! Mostrei meu tíquete em português com 2 + 2, ela nem leu, mas disse que confiaria em mim.
