Friendly and reliable service! When we arrived at UVF, our driver was already waiting for us and ready to take us to Secrets. He had water bottles for us which was nice so we could cool down. He also did a stop at some beautiful view points for us to grab pictures. Additionally, I realized I had only booked a one way and they had followed up if I wanted to book a trip back which I thought was very kind and attentive. I booked my trip back to the airport and they were on time for our pick up. Booking through Viator also made the experience easier.

This tour is amazing! One of the best we’ve ever done on any island. Our driver and his wife were so personable and informative. Answering the many questions that I had. We stopped several times to make photos and they were kind enough to assist us. We went to the Pitons, the drive in volcano with the mud baths, the beautiful waterfall and a chocolate factory. I would definitely do a tour with WOW tours again. Definitely recommend, 10 out of 10! Thank you WOW tours for a wonderful day in St. Lucia!

We booked this return transfer from the airport to Sandals La Toc. Our driver was great, on the way he explained so many points about the island, a good start to have an island tour on the way to the hotel. The car was very luxurious, drinks were available for the journey. The driver was on time for both journeys. Definitely recommend 🌟

PHV tours driver, Kimbert, was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He was very freindly and knowledgeable about the island. He stopped on the way to the hotel so we could get a picture. He also took a short cut to get us to our destination quicker. We liked him so much, we booked a full day tour of the island and transfer back to the airport with PHV Tours.

This company was superb and the vehicles were high quality luxury vehicles and very clean. Both of our drivers were very punctual and pleasant. They were very good drivers and we felt very safe and comfortable during travels. Jason and Elijah both, were professional and also were more like tour guides along the way. We are so glad and more than satisfied that we chose this company…..thank you so much !

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! Absolutely first rate. Rafael was a wonderful host. He was very knowledgeable, he totally catered to our interests, and pointed-out all sorts of great photo opportunities. Not at all pushy. Terrific communication before the tour. Very convenient and punctual pickup and drop off at the port. I particularly appreciated that. This was, by far, the best tour of our Caribbean cruise. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Excellent communication with vendor from beginning to end. I can't say enough good things about our two special guides "Vibes" and Jeremiah for this excursion from our cruise ship. I am disabled with little use of my legs and these two gentle literally lifted me on/off and into boat to snorkel with my propel device in a wonderful location. They offered to go to more places but it was a heavy stormy day and we decided to head back after a few sightseeing stops including the beautiful Pitons. I was impressed they were willing to "rough it", yet They were cheerful, informative and a lot of fun. We REALLY like these guys and you will too! Book with confidence and just go with the flow. We would do it again in a heartbeat, Their kindness will be remembered in addition to a wonderful experience with nice coral and creatures despite a stormy day. Thanks guys

Transportation was easy to set up with Viator. Once confirmed I received immediate communication with more details which was comforting. Our driver, Duri, was the absolute best! He provided our transportation from our hotel to the airport. He provided information about the island and neighborhoods as we passed them as well as answered all of our questions. He arrived on time and in a very nice clean car. Such a delight!!!
