Our driver (Tupaz, sp?) was excellent!! He was on time, the vehicle was clean, and we appreciated the cold water. Our driver was very friendly, answered a ton of questions, and had us all singing along the way! We would highly recommended taking the journey with Exceptional!!

This was such a good experience! The ease of the drive was phenomenal. I didn’t get carsick at all, which is something we were super concerned about. Our driver even knew back roads and safer routes to keep us out of heavy traffic. Would highly recommend the service.

Make sure the information is correct in the beginning. I made a mistake by putting my arrival day the same as my booking date. Cost me a $130.00 for a transfer I didn’t use. I felt that since I use this app several times for multiple vacations there could have been an accept made. Also if you have credits made sure to use them when they appear, the amount will change with each booking.

Goodday Ms. Burns, as per viator policies, bookings made within 24hrs are non refundable. You entered the wrong info on your booking, hence you were deemed as a "no show" Your account was credited half of the amount which seems fair since a vehicle was reserved for you. Regards

Was a safe ride that got us where we were going. John seemed like a nice guy. Plane was a little early so wasn’t really sure where we were supposed to go, but the people were helpful and we got it figured out.

Don’t recommend. The driver who picked us up at the airport was great- no complaints. However, for our return to the airport, the driver was 25 minutes late arriving at our hotel and then proceeded with no sense of urgency, driving like my grandma. We arrived 40 minutes later than expected. It made for a very stressful trip, not knowing how long it would take to get thru security and check-in at the airport. Not a great experience.

While we’re glad your airport pickup went well, arriving late to the hotel and the lack of urgency on the drive back is not the experience we aim to provide as you can tell by our 5star reviews. We did try to reach your mobile, but no avail, your scheduled driver got a flat tire on the way to you, we did leave a message with the front desk at the resort also that we were running a bit late. You did not miss your flight which was the main focus, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can improve moving forward. The whole trip from arriving at the airport to the resort was great. The driver was very polite and friendly with good conversation. Check what type of music we like and played that. Would recommend them to anyone coming to St Lucia

Execellent service!!!! Definitely use this company when traveling to St Lucia…. We exited the airport and saw the sign with my name on it from there we made a pit stop to overlook the beautiful views before getting to our destination…the car was clean and had AC, very comfy…. Pick up was a breeze. Sheldan was our driver and he was super friendly & efficient. The van was very clean, and the AC was on and working nicely.
He also took the time to answer all our questions and was very informative about St. Lucia .. we stopped at 2 great scenic photo stops!! Breathtaking!!! Would highly recommend for transit and tours *

As described, someone was waiting to pick me up from the airport with my name written on a sign. The transition was smooth. Also, someone reached out to me the day before my vacation to confirm airport pick-up.
The "what to expect" and "what's included" is misleading. A bottle of water is listed under items that are included - this is inaccurate. Also, it's mentioned the driver will point out various landmarks during the drive; this was not my experience. Seeing as we had an hour drive, a bottle of water and conversation from our driver would have been nice.
When it was time for airport drop off, everything went smoothly like the pick-up. My driver was accommodating and agreed to an earlier pick-up so we could have breakfast.
Highly recommend having roundtrip airport transfers.
