Tyler was amazing! He communicated with us every step of the way. He picked us up and dropped us off as close to the shop as possible. So grateful for that!! Traffic was heavy so he took the back roads and we were able to get a mini tour of the island. Once we were dropped off we were introduced to a few beach guys to rent chairs and an umbrella ($30 for all 3). They do have a restaurant and guys who come around to order food and drinks right from the chairs. The jerk chicken was pretty good! Also, there are a lot of beach vendors walking around trying to sell stuff. They do seem to get irritated when you tell them no but they back off. There is a steep drop from the chairs to the water and then another steep drop about 5 feet in so if you are unsteady on your feet or need assistance this may not be the beach for you. BUT once you are in the water it's incredible. I could have stayed there all day. We had set a pickup time for 2 but were ready to go around 130ish. The guys at the beach called Tyler and he came a little early to get us. His car was very clean until I got sand everywhere but he was very cool about it. I would for sure use his service again!

Efficient transfer service to Rodney Bay/Reduit Beach. Captain Cliff was on time and provided good communication for pick-up at the port, and returned everyone to port on time for departure. Docked 1 star as the price of the transfer was quite high, we quickly established there were lower fare options available once you arrived in port. Then again, that's the price you pay for organizing all transport/excursions before arriving to maximize time in port.
Be prepared to pay $30 USD for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella (fairly standard). What we were not prepared for was the number of 'vendors' approaching us as we got setup on the beach. This eventually subsided when there were more people on the beach (less focussed on us), but still worth mentioning. Most were polite if you said "no thank you", but others were more aggressive.
Overall, we enjoyed our time at Reduit Beach. The water was amazing and there were facilities available nearby (restaurants, bars, washrooms and wifi).

Thank you Jennifer for your review. I note your point on the price of the service. Be mindful of the fact that in every port that you go to including St. Lucia there will be unlicensed, unauthorized and uninsured pirates who will undercut prices. They will most often drop you off and sometimes leave you stranded should they get another job which may pay them more for the day leaving you to figure your way back which in most instances cost you more in the final instance.
While we appreciate your review we don’t think it’s fair that you promote such a service on here as I saw the gentleman who tried to convince you that he could have taken you for less and he happens to be one of those unauthorized operators.
The ride over and back was punctual and pleasant. Communication with the driver, Tyrese, was good. Reduit beach was nice. You’re only a few steps away from Spinnaker’s Restaurant. The people were very accommodating and the extra cost for chairs and umbrella was worth it.
Our driver was very good both ways. Took us to a good spot. We had to make additional stops to and from our location and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend using this service again.
Cliff ( our driver) was on time & the communication was very good . He was very friendly & picked us up on time

Tyrese, Captain Cliff’s son, drove us both ways for our return transfer to Reduit Beach in St Lucia. What a lovely lad he is!! Tyrese picked us & was very prompt about picking us up again. He was friendly & answered all our questions. He also provided a beer upon arrival. The beach was beautiful but would have been a lot nicer without the constant vendors trying to sell us things. One thing to be aware of is that bathrooms/showers are only available if you buy something from restaurant. The chairs & umbrellas were $30 which seemed a bit high to us. The transportation was top notch but beach had some challenges.

Excellent service. Even went so far as to advise where to go and driver was 100% correct. We enjoyed a fun and satisfying day in St Lucia. Our driver was waiting for us at the dock and picked us up in plenty of time to get back to the boat. I definitely recommend this.
the beach was great. Pretty small area for the amount of people there. but the water was beautiful. our driver, Captain Cliff was awesome! He had a very clean van, was there on time, and when it was time to go back to our cruise ship, he was there waiting for us in the parking lot. I would recommend him every time. He was a class act. thanks!

We had a little problem meeting the driver. We were not sure where to meet. Called and he came backfor us. Gave us the option of a different beach that was not as crowded. It turned out a better optionas there were four ships in port.
The beach was lovely. The people were friendly. More than average street vendors trying to sell you trinkets.
The beach was beautiful but rough water and crashing waves. Just relax on the beach with a bucket of Piton the local beer, coconut water and then lunch at the club. Met fellow cruiser on our ship and others. Cliff told us about the island. The port had a good selection of gifts to choose
The shuttle service excellent. They were on time to pick us up in fact they were already there waiting on us when we came out almost 20 minutes before the appointment time. Our driver was courteous and prompt in picking us up from the beach at the time we had prearranged when we were dropped off. I had left my water container in the van when we got out at the beach. Upon discovering my mistake we asked the contact for the service at the beach if they would call and just ask the driver to look for my container and I would get it when we left the beach. About 15-20 minutes after the phone call one of the beach attendants is bringing me my water container. That act was above and beyond in providing excellent service.
