There was no pick up time...

There was no pick up time on my confirmation email. I had to call. We confirmed pick up for the Tuesday. She they hadn’t shown up 20mins past the scheduled time we called again. They thought it was for the next day. Then they said they were close by. We found out they were still over 30 mins away so we cancelled. This is not reliable service when the drive to the airport is almost 2 hours and the roads and traffic are unreliable as well.
