Hi, don't miss the...

Hi, don't miss the interior of the cathedral when you travel to Segovia; it is absolutely stunning. Transport to Segovia is easy and very cheap via the usual UK ticket apps, and it's a beautiful place to spend the day. Tickets worked well and were cheaper in advance.

A great way to explore Segovia

Our tour with Ignacio was excellent. His communications were excellent and we had no problem meeting up with him. We were a bit late arriving and had a lunch booking, so he made sure we was everything we wanted to in plenty of time without rushing. He gave us a lot of interesting information, both historical and cultural and answered all the questions we had. His English is excellent - our only minor criticism would be that he talks quite fast! But all in all we had a great time and would recommend Ignacio to others

Beautiful Experience

There are no words to describe this experience. My husband and I went in May and the poppies were blooming, the sky was crystal blue, the company put a big bow on the top, and the view was immaculate! Our pilot and crew were professional, personable, and made us feel safe throughout the entire experience. On the hot air balloon, we were able to get to know other passengers (10 of us including the pilot) and still had enough space to experience the ride on our own. They have different sized balloons depending on how many people book that day. We flew on one of the smaller balloons. Roman, was an extra helping hand by communicating quickly in getting us booked in last minute due to my mistake in booking on the wrong day. I truly cannot rave enough about this company and the values they stand on with the work they do. It truly will be a life time experience that I am so appreciative that my husband and I got to have together.

Fantastic Segovia tour!

Marina was a fantastic tour guide for our first visit to Segovia. She was very knowledgeable and a fountain of information. You could tell she loves what she does. She shared lots of information we would not have know otherwise. She was very patient with us with all of the pictures we took. A tour guide is a must in Segovia as there is so much history there.

Experience of a lifetime

This was such an incredible experience! Worth every penny. These guys did such a great job. They were professional, friendly and just went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. They picked us up from our Airbnb (which I would highly recommend for a stress free morning). I would suggest using the restroom also right before you leave because you won’t have another opportunity to go until it is over. The views are amazing over Segovia. Couldn’t have picked a better place for a hot air balloon ride and the guys had everything timed perfectly to catch the sunrise. We are so glad that we chose to do this and felt safe the whole time! If you are on the fence about booking, just do it! You won’t regret it.

Voyager Balloons

Voyager balloons in Segovia was one of the best things we did on our trip! I highly recommend this company and this adventure. We don’t speak much Spanish, so the communication before and after the trip with Ronald was very very much appreciated! We walked from our hotel in the morning to the takeoff spot, and it was not a problem at all! We were told we wouldn’t be able to find a taxi that early in the morning and that worried me but it all worked out great. We just followed our GPS and it was a 15 minute walk.

I’d give this 10 out of 5 stars if I could. They communicated as soon as I booked the flight. I opted for the pick up and they communicated and that went smoothly. Our driver/host, and all of the team that were part of the flight were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The experience was breathtaking - watching the sunrise over Segovia, seeing the multiple balloons being set up as dawn broke, enjoying the insanely gorgeous flight (which felt perfectly long enough. Many others are shorter.), and laughing and chatting with newly made friends over the champagne and charcuterie after. I’d 100% recommend this company and experience to others. There were several people on the trip who said they almost decided not to do it because they were scared the night before, but it is surprisingly peaceful and definitely well worth it, and they were all so happy and thankful they showed up.
