We aren't expert kayakers but this excursion ended up being the highlight of our first time in Santorini. The water is beautiful, clear, rocky but we felt safe the whole time. Adonis, our guide, was confident, calm, but also had jokes to keep the adventure stress free. Elliot, spent extra timing making sure we knew exactly how to work this kayak and never made us feel bad for being slower compared to the group. Lia, gracious got us a driver to take us to Oia to see the beautiful city and sunset. Even though I initially said no to her setting up a fair (details below), she didn't make me feel like I was inconviening her to set one up last minute. The price was also reasonable (Like uber/lyft rates in US) The entire time, the team clearly wants you to enjoy your time in Santorini, they love the city and the water too. They also take adorable photos of you with phone and GoPro and will send them afterwards. They have some things waterproof cases, extra water for purchase which was very convenient and reasonablely priced. Book the kayaks!! It's fun! Our lesson learned: We booked with viator, Lia personally messaged us to confirm our arrival time and if we needed additional transport. We said no the private car they offered (pretty much an uber/lyft via local driver) assuming we could take the public bus and save some cash. She was kind and respected our decision, but said to let her know if we needed anything. The public bus team was confusing to navigate, only took small bills/euros, were rude, and didn't speak much English. The day we went, it was on time though, but apparently typically isn't.

We had an amazing tour in Santorini with Viator and our tour guide Kostas! He was absolutely wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. He showed us the most beautiful places on the island and shared so much interesting information along the way. Kostas went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and never felt rushed. His recommendations were excellent, and he made our visit to Santorini truly special and unforgettable. If you’re visiting Santorini, I highly recommend booking a tour with Kostas. We ended up getting a “private” tour because no one else booked the same time as us. Pavlos was our guide and now our new friend! He did an excellent job showing us the sights, being knowledgeable, and taking pictures for us. The included lunch (on the beach) was also delicious and included SO much food. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is interested and skilled/confident at driving. I would’ve never driven one by myself, but with my experienced partner at the wheel, it was awesome. Always wear sunscreen ;)

Davide did a fantastic job helping us not only see the sights but avoid the crowds and customize the experience to do what we wanted. He was engaging, personal and an expert in all the stops proving interesting information without making it feel like a he was reciting something. He was one of the best guides I've ever had. Private AC van is only way too see the island, especially if coming during peak summer. Definitely start as early as you can in the morning to beat crowds. Highly recommend.

On arrival we were greeted with a hand shake and given information about the ride. Lovely relaxing ride along the beach with a few stops for photos. After the ride we were offered a bottle of water and some red wine which the owner makes himself and some nibble while we waited on our taxi.

I've done lots of boat trips on holidays of all different costs and can honestly say that this one was fantastic .Really good value and the crew were polite , friendly and kind . The boat was not packed and the itinerary was exactly as promised . We walked down the steps at Thira to the boat and got the cable car back up . Our guide on the volcano was fun and knowledgeable and we had just the right amount of time there . The boat was authentic and clean and we had fun jumping off into the sea . Definitely recommend this trip to watch the sunset away from the busy crowds .

This was an amazing 10-hour tour with our brilliant guide, Gregory. We visited different parts of Santorini and were given plenty of time at each stop to explore and take photos. Gregory has a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for this beautiful island; we learned so much interesting information from him about both local life and history. We were so pleased that we decided to pay the extra fee for the interactive and extremely fun musical show at Symposion. If you are unsure about booking it, honestly, go for it—you will not be disappointed! The included wine tasting was also a lovely part of the tour. We tried some wonderful wines and had the opportunity to purchase them at the end. The sunset in Oia was the perfect end to the day. We had plenty of time to look around Oia before finding a prime spot to view the sunset, and Gregory gave us some great tips on where to go. I couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough, and having Gregory as our guide was the best decision we made! Thank you Gregory!

The walk was intriguing as we wound up/down/around authentic, narrow cobblestone streets through 3 villages. Our guide, Michael, provided both historical and current context for the sites we experienced. Definitely wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for a good workout! We particularly enjoyed experiencing a true cave house (no longer in use). A great beyond the usual Santorini experience.
