It was a beautiful experience, we loved Valle De La Luna, Geysers del Tatio, and floating in Laguna del Cejar. Each tour had its own magic. Our guides and drivers were really nice and friendly. We enjoyed that in each tour we had breakfast or snacks, a combination of native cuisine, fruits, and sweets. We couldn't do the Astronomic Tour due to weather conditions.

The tours were excellent. We liked the combined tours spread out over the 3 days. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside was us having to miss the astronomy tour because of a cloudy weekend. The company was very communicative throughout and kept rescheduling this part of the tour each day in hopes the weather would get better.

The first trip Valle de la Lune was good, very easy walking and great food and drinks at the end. The second trip was the lagoon which was OK Again the good and drinks were good at the end. The same night we went on the stargazing trip and arrived back at 0030hr. The trip was OK. We had only 3.5 hours sleep before we had to be up for the final trip to the geysers. The timings were very badly planned and did not make for an enjoyable trip and even negatively impacted on our next day. I would not recommend this tour unless you pick all the detail out, particularly the timings.

This was a great, all in one way to coordinate the various tours and sights to see in and around San Pedro de Atacama. They were really professional and prompt in setting up the tours, which, in turn, were well coordinated and fun. They even helped me arrange an airport transfer. When you get your schedule, definitely take a look around the town to see if there are other tours you would want to see; most of the tours end in time for you to take more than 1 per day. One note, I do wish there was a bit more hiking around in Valle de Luna; it seemed like we were doing more riding around in the van to go to photo spots.

I give this review a 4.8 out of 5 but I don't have that option. They were always on time or close to time, given the schedule I had it worked out perfect. Valley of the Moon and star gazing day 1, Laguna 2nd day and tatio 3rd day. The guides were absolutely knowledgeable in both English and Portuñol. The places were all stunning and the tour includes all the go to locations for San Pedro de Atacama BUT you didn't have to worry about that, since it was all booked in one place. They maintained perfect communication by letting us know when they would pick us up and what order they would do so in. They would create WhatsApp groups sharing their live location which is great you would step out of the hotel right before they arrived. I absolutely loved it and would recommend all of that. The only thing I would change is the cost of the entrances to the sites I would include it in the cost of the tour itself or would be more clear how much it would be per entrance in the description. 6+21+15+20 dollars something like that. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

Tours were great, booking agency was not

The 4 tours on this trip are booked with different tour operators by one booking agency when you buy this package. Our tours were PHENOMENAL, they exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed all of them. However, for our first tour, the operator came 30min early without any warning from the booking agency and left without us. When we called the agency, they moved us to another day, but they proceeded to tell me that it was our fault that we weren’t ready and they did not take responsibility or apologize for giving us the wrong scheduled time for the tour pickup. This was incredibly frustrating. For another one of our tours, the agency booked us on a tour with a tour guide that did not speak English (we indicated that we needed tours in English upon purchasing this package). I would not recommend booking with this agency, but rather directly with the tour companies when you arrive to Atacama for a better experience.

The tours and guides (Lolo and Francisco) were great. The guides gave a lot of scientific, historical and cultural context to the locations, which enriched the experience. The geysers were what impressed me most, a beautiful landscape and a very different phenomenon of nature.
