This was the perfect balance between a walking tour and a city bus tour. My husband was concerned about lengthy walking but we felt we wouldn't get an in depth tour with the city tours. Our tour guide was Victor and he was great. It turned out to be a private tour which allowed us to ask questions focused on the things we cared about. Victor was very knowledgeable and insightful. Doing the golf cart tour included a few stops where we could get off and explore and hop back on. Victor was on time and maintained schedule when we hopped off and back on. I recommend this if you want a tour of Old San Juan. The tour lasted about 1 and one-half hour.

Highly recommend this fun excursion. Got to see some amazing beaches with our knowledgeable guide, Rafael. He was very helpful in every way possible, friendly, fun and gave clear instructions. I couldn’t have asked for better. Bio Bay was amazing. They pair you with another amazing company. Very organized and a good time. Would do this again with them.

Our guide, Jorge, provided exemplary customer service. He was patient, kind, sincere, knowledgeable, nimble, and genuinely helpful. He was flexible when a traffic accident caused us to change our route unexpectedly, and accommodated the many requests the group made throughout the day. He shared information about different sites and a bit of history in the morning, was quick to help us through the trails to the waterslides, made sure we stayed safe along the way, and provided excellent recommendations for food and activities. He went above and beyond to offer suggestions for a phenomenal experience and was gentle and encouraging to make sure everyone felt safe and comfortable at the rainforest. He ensured we had a good time on the drive and made the day really fun. We got to see, do, and learn a lot. If you’re looking for a combination of unique experiences, I’d recommend this tour. And I definitely recommend Jorge!

Would do again

So much fun and scary at first but the drinks help for sure! the people working are awesome so much fun and so much energy! The food was pretty good . Did miscalculate one of the dinners but we got that sorted out. Hard to find parking and no one answers the phone unfortunately . But once you’re there it’s an awesome experience!

Seth was amazing

It wasn’t too long of a walk done to the water, pretty easy actually. The water was beautiful, we met Luna and had a ton of fun. Our guide, Seth, made it so much better. He knew what to do and where to go, while being safe and still having a great time. I would come back just to have him again!

Highly Recommend - especially with kids!

10/10 - My son and I participated in this activity. He is young, so I was a bit worried, but the team did a great job with safety instructions and showing him where to hold on. He had such a great time and I was able to relax and enjoy myself also. We went through the open area on the water and up to El Morro where we were able to take pictures. It was a great experience and I would do it again.

High Energy and so much fun!

This is a bit of a hike to the falls, but well worth it. We were picked up by Jasmine and Jorge in a party bus lots of music and really hyped us all up for the trip. We all introduced ourselves so we felt like we all knew each other. Jasmine was very knowledgeable about the area of el Yunque and they really prioritized our safety AND fun when we got to the falls. The water was refreshing and fun. Highly recommend this tour!

fun time

very fun experience if you want to try something new. you get to go to an island, they feed you lunch and the open bar is awesome. the crew was super fun too. definitely would recommend if it’s your first time in puerto rico!!! we were staying in san juan though so it was about an hour drive & waking up at 5am definitely was not fun but it was worth it in the end and you get back by 2pm so 3pm if you uber and still have time to do things in the afternoon

you leave from the beach,...

you leave from the beach, you dont take a boat. there are changing rooms and they have pool shoes. you can stay at the beach after the excursion. My only con is that im 230# and i had a weight belt around my waste. after we started, an operator moved the belt from waste to across my chest. the weights sat on top of my stomach. it looks bad, i dont even want to show the pics/video to anyone. Please find a way to attach the weights to the harness we wore.

Know Before You Go

Eli and Joel were awesome tour guides. They communicated with each other and with the guests very well! Safety first, fun a close second! We would do it again - be prepared to be VERY dusty. We did not drive through water or rivers. Bring your own scarf/face covering and goggles. Those are a MUST. If you buy them there they are pricey - but necessary. Plan ahead and grab them off Amazon!

Never thought I would

Never thought I would ever do something like this, but now I wish I hadn’t waited so long! All of the staff were friendly, and experiencing the views and the speed on “The Beast” while short, was a lot of fun. Who doesn’t want to fly? Would definitely do again and would recommend!
