Our driver was awesome. He was early to pick us up and we arrived at Dunn’s River Falls before anyone else had arrived. We climbed the falls alone and without a guide. Amazing once in a lifetime experience. Blue Hole also was amazing - a short walk to waterfalls and cliff jumping. FYI, a guide is required at Blue Hole so bring tip money. Water shoes are also a must!

What a great day! Being able to customize our experience with an affordable private tour was amazing. The communication from the tour operator was outstanding from the time of booking. Our driver, Dwayne, was wonderful to talk with, was on time, and drove us comfortably to all of our stops. We chose Green Grotto and then Dunn’s River Falls. After the falls, Dwayne asked what we would like to do next. He took us to a great shop where we could find everything we needed, including Blue Mountain Coffee. He also helped us pick up mangos and even offered a fruit we hadn’t tried before—absolutely delicious. For lunch, instead of the usual spot most tour companies go to, we went to Juici Patties. I’d heard so much about them and they truly lived up to the reputation. I would recommend this tour to everyone. We went at our own pace and did exactly what we wanted. We was met at the port, treated with respect and taken to our meeting point. Dalton met us with a bottle of water. When we met Albert he instantly made us feel welcomed. He’s got great knowledge of ocho Rios and took us to some beautiful spots, while exposing all the history. This is a day I will never forget and I wish nothing but success to dalton and Albert .

Its a long ride over roads that have been damaged by the hurricane - but worth it. The place show still signs of damage - however the falls are a very nice natural experience - not at all like Dunns (disney falls) - The man showed us lots of nature. And our driver Damien was exceptional. Wear water shoes and take money for the local produce - Would not recommend this for anyone with walking issues or unsteady of foot as it involves climbing & walking on uneven river bed. There was only one group of 4 people there when we went.

I recently enjoyed an amazing excursion that surpassed my expectations! The bamboo rafting was a highlight, allowing us to relax and appreciate the stunning scenery. The ziplines and ATV rides were thrilling, and the kids had an absolute blast! Our guide, Dean Paul Henry, was wonderful—patient, entertaining, and full of local knowledge. We capped off the day with delicious ice cream from a local spot and even picked up some coffee beans. Highly recommend!

Das was an excellent host! He was knowledgeable about the history of Jamaica, Montego Bay, and about the food that we enjoyed! Be sure to come hungry because there won't be a shortage of delicious foods to eat! We enjoyed delicious Jamaican patties, brown stew chicken, oxtail, jerk chicken/pork along with cocoa bread and festival! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! It was well worth it!!

Our driver Courtney picked us up on time from the hotel, took us to a lovely view of Ocho Rios on the way to the lagoon, and was very friendly and courteous. The lagoon experience was like nothing else we’ve encountered before. We were worried whether we would see much luminosity in the water as it was nearly a full moon, but it did not fail, it was very bright, like blue led light in the water. The boatmen, sorry cannot remember their names, were also very helpful, took some pictures of us on their phones and air-dropped them onto our phones for free. We stayed in the water maybe for 15-20 minutes, which was plenty. The water was very warm.

I booked this trip with my group of three friends after our MSC cruise bamboo rafting excursion was cancelled. There was a similar experience available from MSC. However, the cost was around $130/ person for the same experience. This tour was well worth the cost. It was around $33/person for the round trip shuttle escort to Dunn’s River and shopping. Then, admission to Dunn’s River is $25 USD for non-Jamaicans. Our shuttle driver, Craig, picked us up from the Ocho Rios cruise terminal port, drove us to Dunn’s River, helped us get set up to climb, explained how the Dunn’s River climb worked, waited for us, and took us to a requested shopping and dining area in Ocho Rios near the port. We arrived at Dunn’s River before 1pm and the crowds were very reasonable. My group was able to take its time to climb in two hours and hang out on the beach. Craig was very friendly during the entire afternoon. I would definitely book with this company again over the cruise excursion. CLA Tours offers a better deal with 10/10 vibes and the tour is customizable for groups with personalized shopping stops.
