We had an incredible time with Quest!! The communication with Dalton was great. He was able to accommodate us even when our cruise was delayed and always responded back promptly. A HUGE shoutout to Albert, our driver! He made sure we had the best time visiting Jamaica! When we were driving between sites, he gave us the history of Jamaica and tons of fun facts. He allowed us to stop at stores on the way back and ensured everything was perfect! Typically, I would book through the cruise ship company but am so glad I booked with Quest. They made this experience personal and private. We had a great time at the excursions and can’t wait to come back!

This was probably one of my most adventurous days during my trip in Jamaica. I visited Blue Hole, Secret Falls, and the world famous Dunn’s River Falls. My excursion was facilitated by Kennedy Tours. The tour guide I had was named Marlan and his assistant was Danisha. They were both great. Marlan was a great tour guide. He was funny, interactive, and very knowledgeable as he gave the group historical facts about Jamaica. We also stopped at a local restaurant for lunch (at your own expense). After lunch is when we were sent to Dunn’s River. After such a long and adventurous day, Marlan made sure to provide a smooth ride back to my resort. Overall, Kennedy Tours did a great job in facilitating this excursion.

From the moment we landed at Ian Fleming International Airport, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and it was all thanks to our incredible driver, Albert. Albert was waiting for us right at the airport — no confusion, no hassle — and whisked us straight to the lobby of the Riu Ocho Rios with ease. The same seamless service applied on our return trip, picked up right from the hotel lobby and delivered safely back to the airport. You honestly couldn't ask for a smoother experience. But here's the thing — this was SO much more than just a transfer. Albert turned what could have been a simple A-to-B drive into an unforgettable introduction to the island. He went out of his way to give us a little tour along the route, sharing his incredible knowledge of Jamaica — the best places to visit, hidden gems to explore, and local tips you won't find in any guidebook. His passion for the island was truly infectious! On top of all that, Albert was one of the most personable, kind, and fun people we met during our entire trip. He was also a very safe driver, which gave us complete peace of mind on the road. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. We will definitely be using this service again on our next visit to Jamaica, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone flying into Ian Fleming Airport. Don't just book a transfer — book the Albert experience. You won't regret it!

Its a long ride over roads that have been damaged by the hurricane - but worth it. The place show still signs of damage - however the falls are a very nice natural experience - not at all like Dunns (disney falls) - The man showed us lots of nature. And our driver Damien was exceptional. Wear water shoes and take money for the local produce - Would not recommend this for anyone with walking issues or unsteady of foot as it involves climbing & walking on uneven river bed. There was only one group of 4 people there when we went.

Our driver Courtney picked us up on time from the hotel, took us to a lovely view of Ocho Rios on the way to the lagoon, and was very friendly and courteous. The lagoon experience was like nothing else we’ve encountered before. We were worried whether we would see much luminosity in the water as it was nearly a full moon, but it did not fail, it was very bright, like blue led light in the water. The boatmen, sorry cannot remember their names, were also very helpful, took some pictures of us on their phones and air-dropped them onto our phones for free. We stayed in the water maybe for 15-20 minutes, which was plenty. The water was very warm.

This private food tour in Montego Bay, Jamaica was an incredible experience and a highlight of our trip. Having a private guide made everything feel personal and relaxed, and we were able to truly enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. The food was authentic, flavorful, and a perfect introduction to Jamaican cuisine. We got to try a variety of local dishes and visit spots we never would have found on our own. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared great insight into the culture, history, and food scene of Montego Bay, which made the experience even more meaningful. If you’re visiting Montego Bay and want to experience real Jamaican food in an intimate setting, this private food tour is a must-do. Highly recommend!

Unbelieveable how beautiful Blue hole and tubing was , our guide Rajaye was awesome ! He knew alot and showed us places . Also felt like he was taking care of us and would make back to ship on time.Cant rave enough about this tour and Rajaye . Definitely one too take !!!!!

The entire team was so welcoming a d the boat was so nice. My family was celebrating my mom’s 60th bday and Vaughn and his team decorated the boat for her which was so thoughtful. We bought our own drinks and snacks on the boat. We swam whenever they stopped the boat amd felt safe knowing the team was nearby. Theres an inside area, and 3 levels (O explored all three) I booked the 3 hour session but just like the reviews said I could have stayed even longer, it was so fun. Highly recommend and would come back
