Loved our trip to Jamaica!

What an Awesome day we had with Odain, our guide all to ourselves. He made the ride from Montego Bay so enjoyable! Loved hearing the stories about the Jamaican culture and the people who made a difference on the island. The tour guides at both the Dunn’s River and Blue Hole made us feel like family, they were incredible. I would return to both places in a heartbeat, had so much fun! Incredible experience! Dave was an amazing guide, he was very helpful in guiding my mother (who can’t swim lol) through the pools, pointing out cool plants, and telling us about the limestone from a nearby cave. You can spend as much time as you want swimming around in the refreshing waters, so definitely recommend.

Our driver was awesome. He was early to pick us up and we arrived at Dunn’s River Falls before anyone else had arrived. We climbed the falls alone and without a guide. Amazing once in a lifetime experience. Blue Hole also was amazing - a short walk to waterfalls and cliff jumping. FYI, a guide is required at Blue Hole so bring tip money. Water shoes are also a must!

Honestly, we learned more in just a few hours on this tour than we did during the rest of our entire 7-day stay. Quest is the Best!

We had an incredible time with Quest!! The communication with Dalton was great. He was able to accommodate us even when our cruise was delayed and always responded back promptly. A HUGE shoutout to Albert, our driver! He made sure we had the best time visiting Jamaica! When we were driving between sites, he gave us the history of Jamaica and tons of fun facts. He allowed us to stop at stores on the way back and ensured everything was perfect! Typically, I would book through the cruise ship company but am so glad I booked with Quest. They made this experience personal and private. We had a great time at the excursions and can’t wait to come back!

Great experience!

Our driver Courtney picked us up on time from the hotel, took us to a lovely view of Ocho Rios on the way to the lagoon, and was very friendly and courteous. The lagoon experience was like nothing else we’ve encountered before. We were worried whether we would see much luminosity in the water as it was nearly a full moon, but it did not fail, it was very bright, like blue led light in the water. The boatmen, sorry cannot remember their names, were also very helpful, took some pictures of us on their phones and air-dropped them onto our phones for free. We stayed in the water maybe for 15-20 minutes, which was plenty. The water was very warm.

Great Option Instead of Cruise Ship Excursion

I booked this trip with my group of three friends after our MSC cruise bamboo rafting excursion was cancelled. There was a similar experience available from MSC. However, the cost was around $130/ person for the same experience. This tour was well worth the cost. It was around $33/person for the round trip shuttle escort to Dunn’s River and shopping. Then, admission to Dunn’s River is $25 USD for non-Jamaicans. Our shuttle driver, Craig, picked us up from the Ocho Rios cruise terminal port, drove us to Dunn’s River, helped us get set up to climb, explained how the Dunn’s River climb worked, waited for us, and took us to a requested shopping and dining area in Ocho Rios near the port. We arrived at Dunn’s River before 1pm and the crowds were very reasonable. My group was able to take its time to climb in two hours and hang out on the beach. Craig was very friendly during the entire afternoon. I would definitely book with this company again over the cruise excursion. CLA Tours offers a better deal with 10/10 vibes and the tour is customizable for groups with personalized shopping stops.
