What are people saying about Rhodes

Family friendly well catered and a great addition to our trip
An as described experience which was fantastic as a family of 4 with a 9 year old and a 12 year old - both were happy to swim in the sea with the provided floats and goggles (it was a 32c day in August), the food was really great consisting of some grilled meat and chicken along with salad. Waffles, donuts, drinks, coffee all of it made the day really relaxing. The hosts / crew on the boat were friendly and helpful. Toilets onboard (separated by male / female) and a fresh water hose to hose off the sea salt. Lasted around 6 hours. We sat on the top deck under shade cover which is a must for children i would say (or sit on the lower deck). The top deck had music playing - some of the tracks do contain explicit lyrics which doesn't bother us as a family but I do appreciate that might concern some. Swim stops were well timed, nothing felt too rushed and I would happily book this again. Arrive early to queue for your departure ticket, we were first in the queue and got first choice of where to sit - they fill the boat according to traveller preference, but of course that preference is defined by the order of the queue (first come first served). I would book this boat again if we visited again - thoroughly enjoyable, definitely worth the payment. Aside: I noticed other boats offering 1 swim stop or 2-3 hour boat rides, this seemed to be one of the only bbq / catered options. A note on transfers: We decided to use a local transfer company from our hotel instead which dropped by the old post office (grand building opposite the port), your google map/apple map will show you 'sea lines' which is the specific part of the harbour you want to head to - the whole harbour only takes 10mins to walk the full length even with kids in 30c.

Rhodes cruise terminal to Lindos.
Easy to find coach and smooth ride both ways. On time efficient friendly and enough room for all. Coaches & buses and cars have to park about 500m from main town and easy downhill there. Allow more time to walk back and you can get in the coach before departure time.

A long , interesting and...
A long , interesting and varied day. The guide is knowledgeable and helpful. Although many people wore sandals, I think something more solid would make the walk in Butterfly Valley (extra 6 euro charge and well worth it in my view) a little easier. Bee museum fascinating as well. Olive oil tasting and wine tasting good as well.

Fantastic experience
We loved Symi island and the beautiful colorful houses, little streets and the view in general. Swimming at Saint George’s bay has been a dream come true, the turquoise water and the scenery is spectacular. The journey on the boat was very enjoyable and the staff was friendly and helpful, I truly recommend the whole experience.

An amazing morning excursion. Highlight of my daughters’s holiday to Rhodes
This was just what we were after; a scenic boat ride and three amazing swim spots. I did it with my 2 daughters (10 & 12). They’re both strong swimmers but we all made use of the pool noodles provided. We also loved having a go with the snorkel sets. Great onboard drinks and fruit snacks. We picked this trip because it was a smaller boat than some of the others. We picked the 10am trip. Had a free pick-up/drop-off to Eden Roc Hotel. Ample seating on the boat. The three of us snuck right up to the front of the boat and sat on the bench seat in-front of the captain; in my opinion this is the best place to sit for the views!
Would highly recommend. Great value for money ☀️

An absolutely perfect and relaxing day on the water!
An absolutely perfect and relaxing day on the water!
We had the most wonderful time on this 6-hour catamaran tour around Rhodes! From the moment we stepped on board, the crew was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing day.
The tour included three amazing swimming stops, each with beautiful, crystal-clear water. While all the stops were great, the last one was by far my favorite. Instead of being tucked away in a protected cove, it opened right up to the ocean, giving us incredible views out into the deep blue.
Spending the day cruising along the gorgeous Rhodes coastline was the highlight of our trip. If you want a relaxing, high-quality day on the water with a fantastic crew, do not hesitate to book this!

A must do when in Rhodes
Private pick-up from your accommodation well organized and on time!
They take you to their office to collect the tickets and then you're all set for the tour!
On the boat there is also a toilet, and a shower (which is crucial after swimming in St George's Bay).
The staff is amazing and well organized!
To reach Symi it is about 1h30/2h by boat, but it is well worth it! Symi is amazing, don't miss the Kali Strata stairs!

Communication for this...
Communication for this trip was really good. Whatsapps were sent with exact pick up time and location. Apostolos our driver was completely nuts but in a good way. He was very entertaining and made lots of jokes. We had enough time to walk up to the acropolis, go in several roof top bars and have tea. Stopped on the way out of Lindos for a photo opportunity

Perfect and Fun filled Day
We walked from our cruise ship and easily found the boat. We were treated like royalty the entire day. We enjoyed the beautiful blue sea, the sights, and the water. The host was fun and gracious. The food was delicious. The stops were perfect, about an hour at each site. Some even went cave exploring. One grandson said that this day was the best of our 11-day trip to Greece. We would recommend this without hesitation.

Favorite Island in our Tour of the Greek Islands
Probably our favorite island in our cruise and tour of the Greek Isles, even though this was Turkey! Inan was our tour guide and he was very good. Very passionate and informative about his homeland.; very thoughtful, kind, and helpful during the tour. Very accommodating of my wife's limited walking distances and her use of a portable motorized scooter during the tour.
The only caution I would have for travelers is that he has a few stops which were somewhat of a surprise at local shops. Leather goods ( high fashion leather jackets), turkish carpets and pottery, all of which are locally produced, high quality / unique products but relatively expensive to consider for purchase. Still, there wasn't a lot of pressure to purchase and we can't fault him for wanting to provide an opportunity for his tour customers to support the local and rural families who produce these goods. (We did wind up purchasing a few of these items.) Just a heads up with a bit more clarity / transparency as to what we were walking into would have been appreciated.
Otherwise, a fantastic tour and tour guide. THANK YOU, Inan!

Another great Viator booking experience
Another excellent service from Viator. Only booked at 7pm the evening before, but communication was excellent and even managed to get a minibus pick up from the hotel for a small additional charge. Had a fantastic day trip to Symi and the boat was air conditioned and very comfortable. Great booking experience and would recommend.

Great tour from our cruise ship
Tour bus was at the port as soon as we walked off the ship. Stopped along the way to Lindos for ceramic-making and olive oil tasting (with opportunity to buy, of course). Lindos - have an option to EITHER shop or climb the Acropolis with the guide. We opted to pay the extra $20 EURO to go with the guide to the top. So glad we did! Breathtaking and she explained so much to us. We did note that shopping in Lindos is more expensive than the shopping in Rhodes. From Lindos returned to the bus to go to Rhodes for the walking tour. Learned so much with our guide. (Worth noting - There was no time to do the optional Grand Master's Palace Tour afterward.) After the walking tour, there was a wine tasting. We skipped that and then did OUR shopping. AMAZING shopping. Lots of leather. We bought jackets, purses, belts and we noted the prices were much cheaper than Lindos. From the walled city of Rhodes, we walked ten minutes back to the ship. The bus would have dropped you off if you did the wine tasting and didn't want to shop or walk back on your own. Our guide was terrific.
