We had a WONDERFUL time on this tour. The value for the price is really unbeatable. Ive been to Costa Rica before and we saw most of the highlights. Our tour guide, Alex, was very conversational and had a lot of info about the country and the wildlife. We even spotted a group of scarlet Macaws. I did wish to have a little bit more time at the souvenir shop at the end because it is also a butterfly garden so we spent a good amount of time with the butterflies rather than shopping. The pick up and drop off was easy and they keep track of your cruise ship in case of a port change.

It was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was Mr. Johanny. He did an excellent job; very friendly, patient, and funny. We had never kayaked before. He taught us how to kayak and made us feel comfortable, even in the dark. We end up kayaking for 90 minutes. We highly recommend this experience. It is very easy to take a 3 pm ferry from Puntarenas to Paquera, do the activity, and take the 8 pm ferry back to Puntarenas. This is worth the money. There is not much else to do in Pauqera.

This was a super fun experience to do. We did a night raft tour in La Fortuna and picked this for Monteverde and I’m glad we did. Mauricio was our guide throughout and he did a great job of sporting different animals for us, telling jokes, checking on us throughout, helping us get amazing photos. I had mentioned being terrified of snakes (I know, coming to the jungle was a bad idea with that fear) but he was honestly super kind about it. When he spotted some in trees he would ask if I wanted to see it and told me what it was before I went up to the scope which was very kind and greatly appreciated. I pushed myself to see the first one and felt that was enough, but he still gave me the option every time afterward. I’ve had previous guides on past tours make jokes or not tell me and say it was something else so I really appreciated that he was thoughtful with it.

Exciting night tour with amazing guide Johnny. The weather was not ideal for animal watching, but Johnny still did a great job finding multiple frogs, vipers, birds, and insects. I would definitely recommend hiring a guide, or it’s almost impossible to spot wild animals at night.

Was a great tour. The river adventure was informative and was wonderful to see the crocs and many birds. The rainforest hike and bridges was equally thrilling and enjoyable. Our guide Ronald went over and above providing info and ensuring we were comfortable. I highly recommend this tour.

This is an amazing experience to do in Monteverde, totally recommend it. The superman zip lines are incredible and also the Tarzan swing, the other ones are more normal and similar to other that you may have done in the past, but only for the ones that I mentioned is worth it. One thing that I would recommend is to do it on a day that the weather is favourable, I did it with strong winds and a bit of rain and this was a bit uncomfortable, so take that in consideration, also another recommendation try to bring dark or old clothes since they can get a bit dirty.

We had the best time! Our tour guide, Memo was fun, entertaining and very knowledgeable. Steven was great assisting us with the snorkeling. The lunch was fabulous! The captain returned us safe and sound. The only thing that would make this tour better is to have pickup right off the pier. It was difficult getting to the departure point. Memo made sure we were transported back to the pier. Thank all of you for a wonderful, memorable day.

I saw this zipline tour 17 years ago and vowed to come back to Costa Rica to do it! Definitely worth it! Key info: this tour requires you to be physically fit. Between the ziplines, there are steep and slippery trails to navigate. Also, the zipline is a self braking system, so you have to have the strength to brake. The swimming hole was partway through the adventure, so most of us declined because we didnt want to zipline in our wet clothes after. It was about 12 ft deep they said. There also was one line which was rappelling NOT zipline. If you have never been rappelling, it was a bit nerve wracking to go backwards, but the guides were great and helped everyone. Getting to the start of the zipline involved a very fun but bumpy ride. Use the bathroom before getting your gear on, thats the last opportunity. We ate lunch before we arrived, so I am not sure what food/drink options were there. This is a small hotel, small tour operator.....if you want something more "upscale" or "commercial", try Diamante. Also, check Google maps to see how far this is from where you are staying. It was a 3 hr drive for us (but still worth it).
