A good half day tour

The organization of the tour is great. We booked one day before the tour and the Viator chat was instant upon answering our questions before us paying for the tour. The actual service provider also sent us whatsapp messages for pick up details instantly. There is soda and water provided during the trip. The Kahung Beach is very nice with white sand and clear water. There is a restaurant on the beach and prices are touristy prices as expected. Food is okay. The team and the speedboat brought us to the other side of the island for snorkeling. Yet, the water on that side was deep and clouded. We could have better spent that 30 mins back at the beach. So my two cents is spend that snorkeling time on your own at the white beach. It would be more lovely if there is one more hour on the beach as we did not arrive island until 1pm with delays at the pier when we first started. We needed to return at 330pm. As others discussed, the team gave us the life jackets only on the way, not returned. They also expected some tips at the end of the tour. So prepare some small notes. If you want to spend half day outside Phuket main island, it could be a good choice.

Book this tour, well worth it!

Really great tour. Bring a towel otherwise all else is provided. The bioluminescent part was magic. Dinner was good variety. James Bond Island was fun but all of it was great. It's just nice to be on the water and relax. The crew all knew what they were doing.

A wonderful opportunity to respect and appreciate elephants

This is a wonderful opportunity to be in the presence and respect these magnificent animals, without exploitation or causing any distress to them. The elephants are well loved and cared for and enjoy all the freedom possible within the boundaries of their enclosure. Of course complete freedom to roam in the wild would be ideal, but is restricted by their histories of burden. What a wonderful experience which we enjoyed very much! Thank you for your continued work. Hopefully more funds can be found along with another site, so that more than 6 can be supported in the future and give more of these special animals a better life, away from exploitation and distress.

This was a great experience. We walked on the canopied walkway but spent most of our time with the elephants at ground level. Ice cream, our tour guide, was very knowledgable and took lots of great photos of us with elephants. I feel it was a good amount of time. The snacks were a nice touch too.

Brilliant trip

One of the best elephant tours I've had the pleasure of. You get to walk amongst these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the elephants appeared happy and well cared for. Feeding time wasn't rushed with plenty of time to feed them and wow do they like to eat. Me and a friend (25 y/o women, from USA) LOVED the experience. From other reviews, we were worried about feeling rushed or too crowded, but did not experience either! Our boat was full, but we never felt the boat or beaches were overcrowded. Both snorkeling spots were filled with great fish. Our tour guides and boat crew were helpful, funny, and outstanding overall; they even gave us water, juice, lots of fresh fruit, and even ice cream throughout the day - go Linda and Mr. Saxchsy!

Bring a change of clothes as you will get dirty and wet. Morning with the elephant learning about them, having the opportunity to feed them share in a mud bath, and then wash them down is one of the most awesome experiences you can ever hope for! This day absolutely exceeded my expectations. If I am back in Phuket again, I will most certainly enjoy this activity the next time.

We had the best day! Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and even with a short engine malfunction on the boat at the beginning, they had everything handled professionally. The islands are absolutely stunning. I’m glad we did it this way because I wouldn’t have wanted to stay on the islands, seemed quite busy. The food was really good and we had a beautiful sunset to top off the day. Loved it! As others have mentioned, I could see how this would be very much dependent on the other people on the boat. We were lucky, ours were really good.
