You will be welcome in an early 19th century farmhouse in Pieve Pagliaccia, between Perugia and Assisi, where our company, the Brugnoni simple agricultural company, is based, where our family has lived and worked with passion and love for the territory for almost 100 years. We carry on various cultures typical of the area, including the vine. We will guide you through our vineyards and then through the rooms of our cellar, telling you our story and illustrating all the phases of wine production, from the vineyard to the bottle. We will then let you taste 4 of our wines, accompanied by typical platters selected by companies we collaborate with.

Nestled in the picturesque hills near Lake Trasimeno, just a few kilometers from Perugia, this family-run winery offers a captivating wine-tasting experience that captures the essence of Umbrian tradition and innovation. Today, the estate spans 12 hectares of meticulously tended vineyards, focusing on sustainable practices and producing a diverse range of red and white wines, including Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grechetto, Chardonnay, and Trebbiano Toscano. Visitors can explore the sun-drenched vineyards and the historic barrel cellar, where wines are carefully aged in French oak barrels. The vineyard is treated with the technique of green manure generally favino and soil fertility is replenished with organic and mineral fertilizers without the use of chemicals. In the cellar are used only indigenous yeasts and neither microfiltrations nor stabilizations are done. The wine obtained is the result of an artisanal process respecting the environmental cycles and the natural attitudes of a territory. The winery spreads over 10 hectares, 6 of which are planted with vines, and has an average annual production of 35,000 bottles.
