We start our this day with a tour of the farmhouse in which we will have the cooking lesson and afterwards, we will head to the kitchen where we will meet our chef who will teach us all the secrets related to the preparation of the home-made pasta and the lasagna itself. When it's all set, we will begin cooking ... we are so confident in your skills, that the lasagna you will prepare will be the main course of our lunch, buon appetito!

The company has started in 2020 the conversion to organic farming. In the vineyard herbicides are not used, the soil is grassed between the rows to reduce mechanical work, erosion and runoff. The vineyard is treated with the technique of green manure generally favino and soil fertility is replenished with organic and mineral fertilizers without the use of chemicals. In the cellar are used only indigenous yeasts and neither microfiltrations nor stabilizations are done. The wine obtained is the result of an artisanal process respecting the environmental cycles and the natural attitudes of a territory. The winery spreads on 10 hectares, 6 of which are vineyards, and has an average annual production of 35,000 bottles.
