Vespa Segways

The first thing to say is given the traffic in central Paris and that some of the route is on the road I’d suggest that you need to be familiar with riding a Segway before you do this. You definitely need to be confident that you can control the machine before you start and whilst there is a little “test” before you start you need to be able to navigate the crazy drivers and cyclists in the centre of Paris. That said, our guide Thomas was fabulous and was funny, knowledgeable and always concerned for our safety throughout the ride. It’s a great way to see the sights in Paris and you cover the ground far quicker than you would on foot and see far more than other methods of tour. I’d have no hesitation to recommend this to experienced Segway riders.

Great experience

Great experience! I travelled with my brother and sister. The guide, Alex, was really nice and knowledgeable. I was so pleasantly surprised by how much you can cover in about a 2 hours trip. Even when rain started in the last 20 min o the trip - the guide has readily available rain coats. In short - highly recommended!

Fun, hilarious and fascinating way to see Paris!

Florian is a welcoming and friendly tour guide. He quickly assessed everyone in a relaxed way and we were instantly made to feel comfortable despite it being my girlfriend's first time on a segway. The tour was fascinating and a unique way to see the main sights of the city, and Florian was hilarious. I would recommend for any travellers looking for a fun way to see Paris and have a good time.

Great way to orient in Paris

Our guide, Aamir, was incredibly friendly and always prioritized safety. This made navigating the bustling city a breeze, and our younger one thoroughly enjoyed the experience and wanted to explore even more. I highly recommend this tour for families with kids to do early in your stay so that you can plan the rest of your time in the city accordingly.

First Time in Paris

Our guide was very patient with us as we figured out how to work the segways, which was much appreciated as one of us had done it several years ago, but it was the others first time. She made sure to ask our preference on stops and how in depth we wanted to go, and we chose to do lots of little stops and were able to get a good lay of the land since it was our first time in Paris. Our guide also offered to take lots of photos of us at the different landmarks which we really appreciated as that isn’t always easy to get traveling as a couple.

Super Fun Guide and Tour -- Definitely Recommend!

Super fun guide and loved the scooters! I had never ridden one before, but they gave us a great intro to it, and I felt very confident after a couple of blocks of riding. Once you get the hang of it, it's SO much better than a walking tour! We covered a lot of ground in just over 3 hours, including some of the top tourist spots in Paris. Guide was fun, informative, patient, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this tour over other methods (walking, bus tour, even Hop-on/Hop-off) because we could go at our own pace and never had to wait for a bus or grow weary of walking. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and rented scooters for a full day on our own! Definitely recommend this tour and BadAss Tours overall!

A Unique and Memorable Way to Experience Paris

Whenever we travel to a new city, we always try to do a Segway tour to truly get a feel for the place, and our experience in Paris was absolutely fantastic. We did a one-and-a-half-hour tour covering many of the city’s iconic attractions, from the Louvre Museum to several beautiful memorials and landmarks across the city. What made the experience even more special was our guide, Fadwa, who was excellent throughout the tour. She explained the history of every monument in detail, kept the tour engaging, and also helped us capture some brilliant photographs along the way. The most unforgettable part was that we did the entire tour in the rain. Riding through the streets of Paris in raincoats, passing by the monuments on Segways with the city looking magical in the rain, turned out to be a completely different and memorable experience. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Paris. It’s one of the best ways to explore the city in a short time while still enjoying its beauty, history, and atmosphere.

Informative and fun!

My husband and I spent 48 hours in Paris, and the Segway tour ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. I was lucky to have a one-to-one tour as no-one else had booked for this slot, lucky me! After a quick orientation (as I had used Segway before it didn't take long) Florian took me to see some of the typical sights such as the Eiffel Tower and some lesser known locations, which were even more interesting as you would be unlikely to find them on your own. Fascinating commentary and an enjoyable drive. Highly recommend
