What are people saying about Paphos

Honest review
The trip itself was good but the initial transportation to the venue was very poor. Driver didn’t have a clue about what was going on. The collection times were not good and we had to wait at a pick up point for 40 mins for other travellers as they were told a completely different collection times.
Apart from that the boat trip was very good. The boat was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and the trip was throughly enjoyable. Refreshments were poor only 1 drink offered and a slice of apple.

Galia is an excellent...
Galia is an excellent tour guide. She knows the area and almost every local business owner. She always knows what is worth seeing and what can be skipped. Her knowledge of Cyprus and Paphos—both past and present—is truly impressive. She shares fascinating insights about the history, culture, and daily life of the region, making every tour enjoyable and informative. Highly recommended!

Great tour, had fun
Great tour, had fun. Our guide, Angela, is a sweet lady who shared many interesting facts about Cyprus with us. The itinerary was well planned, though I personally would prefer more time at the Aphrodite beach because it’s so pretty (if it means taking time from the other sites then maybe less time in Limassol). Overall I’d recommend this tour. The only small downside to the tour is that the bus’ air conditioning wasn’t working for maybe half the time, good thing we made stops and got out to walk around fairly frequently so the stuffy bus wasn’t totally unbearable.

A wonderful day out
Our guide was brilliant. Lots of really interesting info. Our drver was wonderful. We had lots of torrential rain, thunder and lightning on the trip. Driver was very calm and coped with the absolutely atrocious whether conditions admirably Well done to both driver and guide.

Fun and informative halloumi making tour
Our guide took our small group (just 3 of us) on a fun and informative tour. We enjoyed our time making Halloumi, where we were involved in nearly all of the steps. We enjoyed the Halloumi we made (and other local foods) and chatted with some locals who were there to buy Halloumi. We made a number of other stops, each of which gave us insight into the history and culture of Cyprus.

Iva was our guide and it...
Iva was our guide and it was a pleasure to listen to all the explanation she was given us throughout the day. She is very friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable. The tour was very well structured with plenty of breaks. Famagusta was interesting and sad in the same time. We had a very good time. Worth doing it.

A great experience, a glimpse of the heart of Cyprus
Starting off in Paphos picking up from hotels then following the old Paphos/limassol road to our first stop Petra tou Romiou (Aphorodites Rocks). We learnt from guide Eva that Aphorodite emerged from the surf by the rocks. After a brief stop for photographs we then continued towards Limassol. We then proceded all the road past Episcopi garrison part of the Sovereign base areas (Briitish Military). Then we headed towards Kourion an ancient hillside settlement. We visited the Theatre and also some excavations. It was very informative with some great views over the bay. They were preparing for a musical event which is a highlight during the summer months. We rejoined the coach and made our way towards the village of Kolossi. We learnt about the history of the area and why Kolossi Castle was built. We also learnt about Richard the Lion heart. We had time to visit the castle and have a drink at the cafe. Getting back onto the coach we headed inland up towards the village of Omodos. We could visibly see how much devastation wild fires had caused earlier this summer. The scenery was like it was caught in shadow yet on closer inspection we realised it was charred remains of trees, bushes, vines. It looked devastating and then a glimmer of hope with areas of green emerging. We then arrived at the beautiful village of Omodos. A village that is close to my heart. We visited Georges bakery we had samples of goods to try and taste including Nuts, bread and Olive oil. We then passed into the shop were we could buy from the small shop. We then went to the Church which reportedly hold parts of the cross and also part of the rope that bound Jesus's hands. After our visit we went to a restaurant to enjoy a drink and something to eat. It was then back to the coach for our visit to Gerolemo winery. I am not a wine lover but found the tasting session incredible. We were lucky enough to have our tadting session guided by our of the two brothers. His enthusiasm and friendliness was evident. He was doing something he loved, his passion. We tasted a few wines lincluding Commandaria and the spirit Zivania. They have a website for those interested in wine. It was an enjoyable experience. We then made our way back to the bus and headed back to Paphos the sun was getting lower setting the scene with a golden glow. The experience was a great introduction to Cyprus. A big thankyou for our driver Andreas nicknamed "sexy Andreas" by our guide Eva. Eva is a historian full of knowledge and stories. She is a gem and sums up the warmth of the Cypriot people. A great Experience
