Great service - waited less than 10 minutes for the van, even though the flight was delayed by almost 2 hours and it was very late in the evening. Driver was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely do this again, especially for a late night arrival.

The instructions where to find the driver were not clear. The directions with Google map were not logical and we had to contact you when we arrived at the airport to find the meeting place

The staff were helpful but be prepared to wait a little as it can get busy . I had to wait with a few others for a driver to arrive to take us to Limassol ftom Paphos airport. However, the transfer was big very clean and no hassle at all .

The whole experience was fault less , easy to find when you come out of the airport. Very reasonable price , comfortable and very clean mini bus . Highly recommend.

Waited almost an hour for them to wait for more passengers before take off. The lady at the counter was rude and defensive, said max wait 15mins, which was not true.

No one else was booked on it so we got a private transfer for no extra cost. Can't complain, quick efficient and no complaints. Driver was friendly and she chatted a bit to us both.

Flight delayed and there was no one to greet us. There was an Emergancy number which we used and all was good after the call. I would recommend on the confirmation mail a note on what to do should there be no meet and greet. In this case it was to go to a counter and make an enquiry. Otherwise everything was perfect.

We waited 30minutes without any information on when the taxi will arrive when we called they told us to go the desk of the agency but there was no one at the desk and when the driver arrived she seemed angry at us not even a hello when we talked with her she wouldn’t respond and she smashed the trunk closed once we put our stuff in it.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone this experience.

Excellent service. I arrived and passport control was going smoothly but suddenly stopped for approx 30 mins. I was anxious incase the shuttle had to leave. I messaged the company, got a response that it was OK. I got the bus to my hotel. Thank you.

First time i have used viatour. Easy to use and helpful when i made a mistake in my booking, they corrected it very qyickly and communication was good. Friendly helpful driver and staff at the desk. It was easy to find the help desk but there was only one person at the desk so the queue was long and I was worried I would miss the bus. However, that was the only hiccup and i would recommend and use again

Very disorganised on our arrival at Paphos airport. No Viator sign but after asking at numerous desks found lady dealing with our booked transfer. We waited with a large group of expectant travellers , after about 30 mins I queried the long wait to be told if I read the small print it could be up to an hour wait! We did in fact wait an hour! Surely if you know how many people have booked and need transport to their hotel and the time of flight arrival the cars should be ready and waiting . It is not what I was expecting and was very disappointed with this service.

No driver will hold a name-board for you , go for a big stall with many many company signs, then ask or let know you with Viator , they will find your name in the list .
