I travelled with my two children and we had a fabulous time! The transport picked us up on time and the bus had air conditioning. We arrived at the pier and waited only a few minutes to board the boat. The boat was fantastic, my children and I enjoyed the slide . Swimming in the ocean blue water is absolutely brilliant. The crew staff were friendly too. For the price your paying , definitely recommend! Thank you very much

Run away from this as quick as you can - what a horrible tour run by the rudest person imaginable. Where to start? PICKUP - Tour said pick up at 8am when booked. Night before we texted thru Viator app multiple times as we always do to confirm with ridiculously limited replies. They then got us to the boat one and a half hours before it left! Just so we could sit there for hour and a half in 100+ degree heat! BOAT - boat itself was fine and people on boat ok. Zero supervision of kids tho (parents fault too) so food and garbage thrown everywhere TRANSPORT BACK - instead of the van that got us there so early, we were led by the organizer to a mass bus area and just left there. The people there had no idea who we were and told us to just get on a bus. The bus drivers then said they were not going anywhere near our hotel - bus after bus. My daughter and I tried to reach the tour rep thru phone and Viator app but no reply to us or others who had been on our morning transport. The busses then all left and we were stranded. The guy from the tour then came over after repeated attempts to contact and started screaming at my daughter and the others for not getting on the bus. We told him that they weren’t going to our points from the morning and he kept yelling. He finally got us a taxi and yelled more. Oh - almost forgot - this “6 hour tour” is really 45 minutes out on boat to Blue Lagoon. 1 hour at Lagoon. 45 minutes back. That’s 2 and a half hours. The other 3 1/2 are 1 hour of transport and then just waiting around. Ridiculous! Paphos is amazing and the people are wonderful. Just stay clear of this tour.

Thank you for your review. We always welcome genuine and constructive feedback, however, we strongly disagree with the picture presented here. The guest repeatedly created unnecessary confrontations with our staff and was difficult to deal with throughout the day. Despite this, our team remained professional and, when a transportation issue occurred, we went out of our way to assist him and even arranged and paid for a taxi to ensure he returned safely to his hotel. We also note that several statements in this review are inaccurate or misleading, including the description of the tour duration and the suggestion that our team abandoned him. We are confident that our records and communication history clearly demonstrate what actually happened. We respect every guest, but unfortunately not every guest approaches an experience in good faith. We remain proud of the service we provide to the vast majority of our customers.

The trip itself was good but the initial transportation to the venue was very poor. Driver didn’t have a clue about what was going on. The collection times were not good and we had to wait at a pick up point for 40 mins for other travellers as they were told a completely different collection times. Apart from that the boat trip was very good. The boat was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and the trip was throughly enjoyable. Refreshments were poor only 1 drink offered and a slice of apple.

We had a lot of fun, the tour operator was very nice (he even gave us free drinks for apologising because he had to anticipate our trip) and the overall experience was extremely pleasant, nice boat and nice people. Highly recommended!!!

So much bus driving/ waiting time for an hour in the water

Didn’t realize you drive over an hour to get to the harbor from Paphos Then wait another 30 minutes to leave harbor Sail for an hour see a rock Swim for 1 hour Sail back to harbor 1:30pm Drive the hour back to base Save the time and just get a boat from the Paphos harbor no need to drive an hour to see the rock Or just swim at Venus beach same ocean same blue water

The actual blue lagoon was lovely but the experience of getting on and off the boat was chaotic and there was no system in place. People were pushing and young kids were getting jostled - it’s wasn’t a great experience

The crew guys are great, professional work, kind, going around everyone and serve watermelon and juice, as much as you want. The boat is nice, lot of space, well maintained, clean. Regarding the Blue Lagoon - don't expect too much from the place. 1. The water is very clear, but be aware its too salti, jumping inside is not the best feeling for the eyes and nose. 2. On every boat there are approximately 100 people, it takes time all of them to go into the water. Some are kids, some ladies, some wants to put their life vests before jumping. Some people are just staying in front of the stairs, doing photos of their friends, adjudting the angle for the perfect photo, talking, laughing, blocking the access to the stair, so nobody its able to go in or out of the boat. After people got tired of swimming, they want to climb back by the stairs, at the same moment other people want to go inside the water, each moment 4-8 people are handling one of the stairs. 2 stairs = 8-16 people around them. Some people need to wait swimming inside the water more than 2 minutes, until there is free point to climb. Most of the time behind the boat looks like a scene of Titanic movie - a crowd with life vests splashing water and pushing each other. 3. The boat crew is staying exactly 90 minutes in the Blue Lagoon. The time is definitely not enought for ~100 people to put their life vests, jump, swim, take photos. 4. Diving into the Blue Lagoon you will see only sea sand, no fishes, no reef. Personal opinion - if you want to stay more, to really enjoy the place, dive, swim, jump into the water, take a private boat and do it on your own.

This company and tour exceeded all of my wildest expectations. I would highly recommend reserving your spot right now before it sells out! The transfer was very convenient and timely. You cover a lot of ground on this tour, and it is well worth every minute of it! The scenic drive and accompanying geographic and historic descriptions started everything out on just the right note. The boat was waiting for us; ready to disembark as soon as we boarded. We received detailed information about each site, and were offered food and drink, as well as a wonderful selection of music to enjoy and relax to. We saw so many wonderful sites, and the water was pristine. The atmosphere on the boat was fun and lively! Before we arrived back ashore, we were even welcomed with traditional music and dance! I will always treasure this experience, and I appreciate all the effort and enthusiasm that was put into executing such a delightful tour. Thank you for the memories.
