In this experience you will live an adventure full of flavor, tradition and fun around cocoa and chocolate. First you will know the fruit of cocoa and discover where the chocolate comes from. Lorenza has been cooking for 20 plus years and is excited to share her passion and knowledge with all! Lorenza will explain the menu for the day and the dishes you will be cooking together, before start preparing an appetizer, soup and main dish. I am originally from the Zoque ethnic group of the Chimalapa community, Isthmus Region, Oaxaca state, I come from a chocolate family by tradition, here I can share my experience and knowledge that I have acquired over the years. In honor of my community, we have decided to call the project Chima, which in the Zoque language means “jicara”.
