It is a long day as you only get to Halong Bay between 12pm and 10m. But you know this beforehand and set your mind to it. It is a most enjoyable day/afternoon. The bus drive and the cruise was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet was wonderful and drinks at own cost had a good variety to choose from. The big cave was also interesting and not to hard to climb up the stairs if you don't have mobility issues. The landscape is beautiful !!!! Tip Top Island was also interesting. Unfortunately it started to rain so we didn't swim on the beach or went up 500 steps to the lookout. I recommend this trip as a MUST do when you are nearby.

Kenny was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took us to several locations with delicious food. More than we could eat. Just walking through the traffic on the street was an adventure and Kenny guided us through flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this tour. Ask for Kenny to be your guide.

Ho long bay trip was fantastic, however there is room for improvement. 1. The food was satisfactory, there should be be a choice of meal, and if not wanted it should be reflected in the price. I saw how much went to waste 2 . The cocktail offer came at the wrong time, as soon as my drink arrived it was time to get off the boat. Beside these factors I thoroughly enjoyed the trip- speed boating was fun. (Also there should be a option to pay for this when booking the excursion upfront) 3. Provide an option where you only do the Ha Long Bay cruise, the other elements adds to the day - more time spent on cruise could be better . Ken - our guide was brilliant, could not fault him in any way.

The Hera Grand vessel is a classic well presented & beautiful boat. Our room & Ensuite was large, nice polished timber decor and comfortable. Air conditioned with a king size bed. The staff, service and food was excellent. The limestone formations & scenery was great with activities organised for every day. Plenty of time to relax on the 3 levels of the ship. We saw many ships in the HaLong Bay and we believe the Hera Grand was the classic top timber boat of them all. We did the 2n 3 day tour.

If you love nature, this is the place to be. It is beautiful. Our guide.Minh was real good. The only thing I don’t like is the pushiness for the Tips. We always leave good tips but when you’re being hound on the row back on the river, it’s hard to enjoy it. I’m assuming they don’t always get tips so maybe that’s why, but it was the only thing on the trip that I wasn’t happy with.

We had an absolutely fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay. The scenery was breathtaking — limestone karsts, emerald waters, and peaceful surroundings that truly live up to Ha Long Bay’s reputation as a natural wonder. The entire tour was well organized, comfortable, and perfectly paced, allowing us to enjoy the cruise, activities, and sightseeing without feeling rushed. A special mention goes to our tour guide, Mr. Johnny, who made the experience even more memorable. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. His explanations about the history, culture, and geology of Ha Long Bay were very informative, and he was always kind, accommodating, and attentive to everyone’s needs. He ensured the group felt comfortable and genuinely cared about making the trip enjoyable for all. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and highly recommended. If you’re visiting Ha Long Bay, you’re in great hands with Mr. Johnny and this tour — truly a memorable day!

Everything about the cruise was just perfect! The cruise condition was very good. Great rooms - very spacious and luxurious. The walls, wooden flooring, bathrooms and the bed itself were comfy and beautiful. The rooms had big windows with beautiful views of the bay. We had booked 1 family room for 4 and 1 suite - both were amazing. The cruise started with a great lunch - which was tasty. The staff provided special attention for our vegetarian family members. All the meals on board (Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast & Brunch) were delicious with good options. The cruise activities were decent - kayaking and boating through the bay was awesome. We could also enjoy swimming in the open ocean around our boat. Morning visit to the Cat Ba island was also good. However it would have been better if we had more activities on board. Evening happy hours were nice, but there was no karaoke. The staff on the cruise was excellent 👍🏼 friendly and caring. The captain Jackie was a great host. The highlight of the trip was the Ha long bay itself! The views are breathtaking We were lucky to catch a full-moon rise on the deck. Overall superb experience- must do for everyone.

We had an unforgettable Ha Long Bay catamaran cruise with Robert! as our guide. Not only was he knowledgeable, warm, and fun, but he’s also an amazing photographer — capturing beautiful moments for us throughout the day. The boat was beautiful and comfortable, and Robert’s passion and care made the day truly special. We highly recommend this cruise and especially Robert as a guide — thank you for giving us memories (and photos!) we’ll treasure forever!
