Great Experience!

From the minute we located them outside of the airport (which was pretty easy!) they took excellent care of us! The greeter called our driver and waited with us until he arrived in just a short period of time. Our driver Dinga couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant. He even shared a lot of stories and history along the way to our villa. We booked a round trip to and from when we’re ready to leave and glad we did. Super happy with the service they’ve provided!

This is hands down the BEST option for you to start and end your vacation in Jamaica!! Ryan, our driver, is such a personable and respectful person. He pays attention to detail and is very welcoming and friendly! My family (wife and 3 kids) absolutely loved having Ryan escort us from Montego Bay to Negril. First of all, we arrived late due to travel delays at multiple airports and Ryan was still there waiting for us at the transport area with our Family Sign in his hand... I was SOOO relieve that he was so patient for our arrival (about two hours later than scheduled) and did not take other groups in our spot!!! His warm welcoming smile and offer of cold beverages for the entire family was just what we needed after a long day of frustrating travel to get to that point!!! On our ride to the resort in Negril, Ryan was very informative and helpful giving us the local history in the area and gave us helpful tips on things we should think about doing, visiting, etc. The best part was that he made my 3 kids feel safe and welcome on their first trip to Jamaica and abroad in general!!!! His attention to our needs and driving safely in a clean and spacious vehicle was above and beyond what I was expecting. Honestly, this was a 10 star experience out of 5! I recently traveled to Jamaica to celebrate my birthday with a group of girlfriends, and using Chris’s car service was one of the best decisions we made on the entire trip. From start to finish, everything was super smooth and safe! The communication leading up to our arrival gave me complete peace of mind as planning a group trip is usually very stressful. When we landed, Chris was punctual, warm, incredibly welcoming, and it truly set the tone for the entire experience. What stood out the most to me was how safe and comfortable we felt the entire time. Traveling in a different country, especially with a group, safety is always a top priority and Chris exceeded all expectations. His vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, spacious, and he was not only a skilled driver but also respectful and knowledgeable about the area. We also requested to see some off the beaten (non-touristy) spots and Chris guided us to local destinations where we truly got a real Jamaican experience with different scenery to trying delicious local spots to eat. Throughout our stay, every ride with Chris was seamless, on time, and completely stress-free. We were able to fully relax, enjoy each moment, and celebrate without worrying about transportation logistics at all. He even let my friends decorate his vehicle for my bday to make it festive which was super nice of him to do! I would highly recommend his car service to anyone visiting Jamaica who wants a reliable, professional, and safe transportation experience. Five stars all the way!

Driver arrived on time. The instructions to meet the driver were good, although the airport staff confused us and we end in another side of the meeting point. We call them to find out the exact meeting point and guided us until we met the driver. Very good service. The driver was very nice.

Above and beyond!

When we arrived we were greeted by a wonderful lady who was so friendly and helpful. He asked if it was her first time here and I told her it was and I was interested in doing this clear kayak photoshoot and she immediately connecting me with somebody that does that! Then our driver Peter got us to our resort in no time! During the drive, he was extremely knowledgeable about the island and gave us tips and history on the areas we drive by! Both were very professional with excellent above and beyond service!
