This is hands down the BEST option for you to start and end your vacation in Jamaica!! Ryan, our driver, is such a personable and respectful person. He pays attention to detail and is very welcoming and friendly! My family (wife and 3 kids) absolutely loved having Ryan escort us from Montego Bay to Negril. First of all, we arrived late due to travel delays at multiple airports and Ryan was still there waiting for us at the transport area with our Family Sign in his hand... I was SOOO relieve that he was so patient for our arrival (about two hours later than scheduled) and did not take other groups in our spot!!! His warm welcoming smile and offer of cold beverages for the entire family was just what we needed after a long day of frustrating travel to get to that point!!! On our ride to the resort in Negril, Ryan was very informative and helpful giving us the local history in the area and gave us helpful tips on things we should think about doing, visiting, etc. The best part was that he made my 3 kids feel safe and welcome on their first trip to Jamaica and abroad in general!!!! His attention to our needs and driving safely in a clean and spacious vehicle was above and beyond what I was expecting. Honestly, this was a 10 star experience out of 5! We had an excellent experience with our driver, Mark, who drove us from the airport to our resort in Ocho Rios. During the drive, Mark pointed out interesting sites, told us about Jamaica, and gave us tips for our stay. He also drove us by a jerk chicken restaurant, but unfortunately we had eaten earlier in the day. On our return trip to the airport, Mark took us by a traditional Jamaican food spot so be we could try an authentic snack (this was a delightful treat!) and stopped by a local souvenir spot. We had plenty of time before our flight, so Mark also took us on a loop through Montego Bay so that we could see more of the city. Mark provided an experience far better than we anticipated, turning our drives to and from the resort into a fun part of the trip. I highly recommend using this tour/shuttle company. In addition to our excellent driver, the entire process worked smoothly and I appreciated the confirmations beforehand to know what to expect.

The experience was good and Fitzroy was excellent with different stories and history of Jamaica on the trip down. However our arrival was a bit confused. Messaged as soon as the plane landed and went to collumn E as directed, and there was no one there with a sign with my name on it.
