The Club Mobay experience was excellent. Highly recommend it. However, the “private” transfer operation from Holiday Services was awful. Upon arrival, and after leaving the club, we were told to stand at a certain spot on the curb and wait for our car. Thirty minutes later it finally arrived.
Upon departure from our hotel to the airport, I guess the “private” in the booking was ignored and we were shoved on a bus with a crowd of others and made multiple stops along the way to pick up more. I’ve written to Holiday Services multiple times. No response.
Do not select this option. Absolutely get the Club Mobay experience, but select your transfer from someone, anyone other than Holiday Services.

Arrival experience was amazing. Person met us as we deplaned and stayed with us until the driver arrived. Departure was not so smooth. Driver told us to go to a woman dressed in black. That direction was incorrect. After we checked into our airline we asked where to go and told to just go to security. We waited in the regular line. Luckily it was pretty quick. Once through security we did find the Mobay lounge. Just make sure you are aware the service is different for departure than arrival.

Upon arrival the club Monday lounge was full so we were put into this small little cage area with barely any space. So we didn’t get to experience the lounge. We overpaid in my opinion because our resort was literally 7 minutes from the airport. For departure the people were super rude. We were told that when we came back we would have someone help us with our bags and things, just to get to the desk and they informed us they wouldn’t assist with bags. We had to walk all the way to the other side of the airport to check our bags. By the time we were finished getting our bags checked in and they customs there was only 20 minutes left before our flight boarded and we still weren’t even at the gate. The experience was terrible and they people had no hospitality at all. We wanted to experience the club and were let down tremendously.

For Club Mobay departure service, as it states in the description of this product on Viator website, meet and greet and assistance with luggage service is not included. Departure Club Mobay service includes fast track through immigration and security and Club Mobay lounge only. Check in with airline is done as usual. The Montego Bay Red Cap Porters are available in the public area to take the luggage from curbside to the check-in counters for departing passengers for USD 3.00 per bag.

My second time vacationing in Jamaica, and I didn’t know how essential Club Mobay was the first time. This is by far a MUST!! From being greeted with the most smiling face, getting expedited through customs, to the baggage claim, and then to our lounge was a huge stress reliever. Everything was completed in less than 20 mins. When traveling to Jamaica, Club Mobay is a must!!!

I would recommend Club Mobay to everyone. We were met as we disembarked the plane and flew through customs and immigration. To do this on your own would be frustrating to say the least. It looked very confusing with so many people not knowing what to do.
The only reason I did not give a 5 star was b/c of the car service which is different from. Club Mobay. They were not as organized and we had to wait a. bit for our private transportation even though they had the flight info.
Definitely would use again.

Arrival representative was excellent and walked us through Immigration in short order, Arrival Lounge was small and noisy. We had to keep asking about our transport to Hotel. Finally we had to go to the counter ourselves to get info.
Departure lounge was nice but crowded. Waiters were nice and kept bring drinks. Food was ok. Much better experience than sitting in the airport gate areas.

Started off rough with no one there to greet us and having to find the desk. We had to wait 20 minutes to get someone to escort us through. Once thru Holiday had us wait 30 mins before we could get car service. It was a mess.

Do NOT use their transportation. They scam and suck. BUT Club Mobay was worth every penny. Skipping the line was fantastic! It literally saved us hours of waiting in line.
The club in the way out is even better.

We arrived at the airport and Mark met us at the gate. He was wonderful, took us through customs. He had us check in with Holiday Transportation and we sat with a drink waiting. (Told us 7 minutes) After 10-15 minutes, we went back to the desk and they took us outside. We then waited at least 20 minutes more for the car.
The car was small, not nice. The driver drove so fast, in and out of traffic all the way to the hotel. His seat was back so far my wife had to lean her seat back to fit.
We canceled the return trip and booked with Amstar.
Club Mobay on the return was excellent, but with Holiday transportation I would not book again.

Fast track ......... hmmmm 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
The lady who met us was really nice, however it still took us a fair amount of time to get through arrivals.
This was compounded by the lack of communication.
We booked this service when we booked our holiday, and all of our details were submitted, I.e Names, dates, transfers etc. Nobody seemed aware apart from, as I said, the young lady holding our name boards.
The private transfers were not "waiting to pick us up" as was advertised, in fact, I'm confused as to what, if anything, we actually paid for?

Unfortunately, the airport was full at the time of your arrival and it took Club Mobay agent longer than expected to escort you through customs and immigration, and we have no control over it. We were aware that you were arriving, and our Holiday Services staff was waiting for you by our desk. The vehicles are not allowed to park in front of the arrival hall by the airport security and all the vehicles have to wait in the special designated area to be called by airport security when the guests show up by a tour company desk, so there is always a short waiting time by our desk before the guests are escorted to their vehicle.

Ok, the fast track is great, the lounge in Jamaica is great.
Our experience was we were met on landing which was great, the only problem was that Mobay had my wife's name and my son's but not mine Strange because it does say on confirmation 3 people.The issue from this was that I spent the best part of an hour with Mobay proving that I had booked for 3 then Mobay had to update their system.The second issue is that the pictures suggest you get a chauffeur driven nice car,this is far from the truth we got an old small car going and a scooby doo mystery machine van on the way back which was a mess inside and had a squeeky alternator or fan belt.Overall not worth the money unless I was unlucky.Mobay staff and taxi driver all nice though

MoBay service always great! Tiffany was awesome! Only issue we had was Viator never mentioned in any way we needed to be looking for Holiday Travels who our private transfer was through. Simply mention it in the booking and customers knowing this will go a long way. Thanks!

The pickup to go though immigration as on time and worked perfectly. I was taken to Club Mobay. Took to wait 15 minutes for the driver. After 40 I inquired on my driver. They said wait another 5 minutes. I did and then nothing. I told them I was going to use a private taxi as they were available with zero wait. They then got me a broken down car. The driver was great. Would not wish this experience on my worst enemy

I pay for around trip private car we got a private car on arrival or departure we were in a shared ride I was not pleased that was my purpose and paying more money to get a private ride not to share. A little disappointed. I will probably try another private car service next time which is unfortunate because I’ve always enjoyed Mobay services

Drivers were safe and courteous. Only giving 3 stars because the picture in the advertisement does not accurately reflect the type of vehicle provided.
If you are looking for a towncar or similar, this is not your option. If you are ok with the typical Caribbean type taxi with a safe driver you will be satisfied.

Unfortunately we get space for just one photo and we have many bus sizes. we use the size bus depending on how many persons arrive on that flight. It is much better to go on a smaller bus than to wait for more flights for the bigger bus to fill up. Happy that you found the ride safe.
