We used this service for two separate transfers during our trip, and overall, it was a great experience. They were very professional and incredibly easy to get in contact with from the moment we landed. Our driver was friendly and made us feel welcome immediately.
I will note that for one of our pickups, there was a bit of a wait which was likely due to other scheduled transfers or tours happening at the same time. It wasn't a huge deal for us, but just something to keep in mind if you're on a tight schedule. Despite that, the service was top-notch and we felt well-taken care of. I would definitely use them again.

When I booked my trip, I was informed that my driver will be there to greet me once I landed. So after my flight arrived, and my luggage was picked up, I was directed to the designated pickup location, but my driver was nowhere to be found. I waited for over 30 minutes but no one showed up. Eventually I spoke to some random lady who made a local call to the company. Ten minutes later I was picked up by the driver. For foreign tourists who are new to Jamaica and have no local phone service, this is not ideal. I suggest drivers should be there waiting when we arrive to avoid confusion.

Hi Gary,
The driver was at the Airport waiting. He just make a walk to the bathroom, because he was giving you time to come through immigration and Custom. Your flight landed 3:10pm and when the young lady call it was 3:28. So we don't understand how you waited 30 minutes then 10 minutes for the driver to pick you up. You did not go through immigration or custom? As soon as you're flight landed we call you but no answer. We send you a message on WhatsApp and there was no answer. We always keep track of our customers arrival flight, and as soon as the flight landed we will call are send them a message giving them information were to stand once they get outside. But we are very sorry about everything and we hope we can service you better next time. One love.

TOP TEIR !!! Don’t Hesitate .. BOOK NOW
Omg this company is amazing. 9 of us travel to RIU MOTEGO BAY RESORT for a vacation. I choose this agency for our transport ( round trip) airport to resort . Our driver name was Bailey and he was phenomenal!! He kept in contact once we landed until he picked us up . Our flight was delayed BUT the process was still SMOOTH and STRESS FREE. Some of our crew members were on a different flight ( 1 hour) behind ours and this agency handled it like a pro. ☺️ They offered to take us to the resort and come back to pickup the others BUT we chose to wait …… Bailey has the patience of JOB ( Bible character) and his communication is amazing. O wait … the company also stayed in contact checking on us until we arrived at the resort . We have 5 days remaining on our vacation, I feel more confident with this agency being the one that will transport us back to the airport ❤️❤️

Couldn’t find them. It was a waste I chose this as I am single woman traveling alone and still head to end up talking a chance with the regular taxi. Instructions not clear for meet up plus phone was not working

Our team made attempts to contact you, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you. When we finally connected, you assured us that everything was okay and you where already at the resort.

I first want to start off with saying I booked a round-trip both drivers I had were unprofessional and the first initial driver was very rude ! We sat in an awkward silence the whole 6 mins to the resort (which I guess is not really not his job but we are coming to new country why not be welcoming ? ) this service lied about having red stripe for us upon arrival. Then the dispatcher told me I couldn’t push my pick up time back to the airport 30 mins . let’s be mindful the airport was 5 mins away and my flight was not until 1:30 but yet he picked me up 9:55 !

The driver did welcome you at the Airport. He also told you places you can go and activities you can do while you are here. He also gave you a business card so you could contact us if you need additional service. We don't give red stripe beer. So please let us know where did you see that. Your flight was 12:55pm and we told you pickup time is 10am you have to be at the Airport 3 hours before your flight time and we told you all that. When we asked You if that's ok you said everything was perfect. You did not say anything to us. we are very sorry we were just trying to help. The reason way you say the driver was unprofessional is because he did not have enough time to take you to KFC because he had other guest that was waiting to be pick up. Remember that you pay for a Airport Transfer. But if the driver never had other guest waiting to be pick up he would have take you there even though you did not pay for the service. Excellent Service! The Driver was really pleasant and interesting. He made us comfortable. We were a group of 6 and we felt that we are home.
The company (dispatcher) also was so nice to answer to our question and to give us directions.

Very reliable transportation and the drivers were very welcoming. When we arrived at the airport the driver was already waiting with our name on a sign and helped bring our luggage to the shuttle. The shuttle itself was very comfortable and spacious.

The company was very good about responding to communications and very friendly.
I wish that they would be a bit more noticable and/or informative upon arrive, they were hard to find. Maybe share a phone number prior to arrival.

Shuttle was an hour, if not an hour & some change late to pick us up from airport. Driver stated there was an accident.

We are very very sorry for the late pickup at the Airport. There was a bike accident on the road and it caused a lot of traffic. The driver was very early and because of the accident he was stocked in traffic. He also call you and explain his situation he never stop calling you until he was by the Airport. He was just 25 minutes late. Once again we are very very sorry there was an accident on the road and it caused you to be pickup late. Very sorry.
