I wouldn't recommend using ; I paid to be picked up at 8:30 ; they didn't come until after 9am and wanted to be like "oh you'll make your flight"- that's not up for yall to determine. Save the stress and money and book cheaper at your hotel. This is unacceptable

I called Viator and told them I need a pick-up from Royalton in Trelawny to MBJ Airport, one way ~ 35 min trip. Viator said sure that is possible and no worries. Again I asked for confirmation on the pickup location and they assured me that it's fine. The only caveat is that its non-refundable. The service listed on Viator is called Montego Bay Airport pickup to any resort. Viator assured me that this is no problem and that I am to wait for the driver to come and pick me up at my Resort. I waited 20 mins past the pick-up time and decided to call the driver. The driver said they cannot do it because its only for airport pickup. Then the driver said inorder for us to pick you up now it will cost an additional US $ 70.00. I ended paying more than i was supposed to.

Hello Rohan, My apologies for your experience with visitor, however You have book on the wrong link. The link that you have book on is for resort in Montego Bay area only. Royalton Trelawny is 45 minutes out of Montego Bay, therefore the price would be totally different. You had an issue with viator which they assured you wrongfully, not Major One Tours which is the ground transportation company. Thank you.

Reservation, confirmation scam?

Not good at all. I made a reservation to be picked up from Montego Bay airport to Montego Bay hotel which was confirmed. When we arrived I reached out to Viator representatives and was asked to cancel reservation and pay twice the original amount. The reason was my hotel is located in Montego Bay but past the range of the montego bay service I paid for. This issue should have been taken cared of during the reservations process. I felt like I was being scammed when Viator representative was asking for more money. Be very careful when making reservations for Montego Bay, it is NOT one are but decided into multiple zones.

My apologies for your experience with Viator. However some resort advertised that the location is in Montego Bay, when the Resort is actually 45 minutes out of Montego Bay, these are a few resort that is not located in Montego Bay. Hideaway/Royalton Blue Waters, Ocean Eden Bay/Coral Springs, Excellence Oyster Bay and Riu Aquarelle. All those resort are 45 minutes out of Montego Bay.

We needed a transfer to Runaway Bay, called and cancelled right away to get a driver to the proper resort. They charged me TWICE even though their error was confirmed cancelled and I’m Fighting for my money back on the transfer we cancelled. Very disappointed

I would highly recommend the Major 1 team. Due to horrible weather in Boston, our flight was delayed for almost 3 hours. Once we arrived in Jamaica and exited customs, there were various personnel directing us on where we should go to check for the companies pick- up. We were greeting with a sign outside the airport and were escorted to our van. Vincent took excellent care of us and we arrived safely at our resort. Highly recommend this group. PS: I traveled with my mom who has mobility and health issues and she liked the service.

Bad bad service from Viator

We rescheduled with viator to take us from the airport to our hotel, the Hideaway Royalton hotel. Viator canceled out transportation and we had to pay privately $120 round-trip because Viator would not take us after we scheduled it ahead of time. Very bad.

I requested a one way drive from Royalton Blue Waters to the Airport. My driver NEVER SHOWED UP!! However, I PAID for the service. When I called for a refund, I was told my pickup location was outside the area. Well the Royalton was in the recognized hotel list. UNACCEPTABLE. Still no refund

Did not transport to our hotel zone

I booked airport transfer prior to arriving in Jamaica. We arrived in Montego Bay only to find out that the company does not transport to our hotel. This should be clearly stated when customers book. I was told I had to book directly with the supplier to be transported to my hotel Bahia Principe. Current waiting for Viator to contact supplier to process my refund.
