Club Mobay is experience was wonderful! We had to wait 40 on the shuttle before we left the airport, so I wish we would have enjoyed the Mobay lounge longer.

We booked the transfer so that we would have less of a wait time getting to the resort.
Unfortunately we waited over 1 hour for the bus to depart from the airport. They kept saying they were waiting to see if anyone else getting off the flights landing wanted to book transfers.
For people who had prepaid and had to wait over an hour for departure from the airport was unacceptable.

All of our airport transfers are **pre-booked in advance**, and we do **not accept or solicit same-day transfer bookings at the airport**. Guests using our service are confirmed on our passenger manifest prior to arrival, and our team dispatches vehicles based on those confirmed reservations only. As such, buses are **never held to wait for passengers from arriving flights to book transfers on the spot**.
For our **shared shuttle service**, there is a standard dispatch window of approximately **25–30 minutes after guests have checked in at our airport desk**, which allows time for confirmed passengers on the same shuttle to clear immigration, collect luggage, and be escorted to the transportation park. In many cases, departures occur **even sooner once all checked-in passengers are ready**.
We certainly understand that after a long flight, everyone is eager to get to their resort as quickly as possible, and we always aim to dispatch vehicles efficiently while coordinating guests who are already confirmed for the same shuttle.

The pre paid tickets were unable to be used. We had to wait at least 20 minutes for management to retrieve my confirmation number. They wanted me to pay again for service

Club Mo Bay was a great experience however, I do not recommend booking round-trip transportation from the airport to whatever resort you go to due to the fact that I paid for that service and it was not provided for me. I was denied a refund for the portion of my booking that was not provided. Club Mobay employees were very welcoming, very friendly and supported me throughout my struggles at the airport of trying to figure out what was going on with my transportation. They had no record once I got to Montego Bay airport that I even booked transportation. Had I not screenshot the barcode and booking I wouldn’t have had proof of anything because when I arrived tothe airport, it was blank where holiday services was once on my booking scanned barcode. To be honest, I do not recommend booking anything through this app as they have not been fair in my situation and $269 is a lot of money to just be throwing out and giving away for free especially when you are on vacation in a foreign country. I ended up having to overpay for a taxi from the airport to my resort, both ways. Overall a horrible experience especially since there is hardly any cell phone service in Jamaica. Me calling any customer service numbers was out of the question.

It was really nice I really enjoyed the fact that I really didn’t have to do too much of anything I just didn’t like the fact that I didn’t get a stamp when I got to customs on my passport why travel if you can’t get a stamp to all the places that you visit the other, it was OK

Our representative Latoya was simply amazing. She was very helpful and made the trip less stressful and not a worry at all. I’d highly recommend booking with Club Mobay while traveling. The best feeling in the world was being able to just walk through, and not have to stand and wait in lines. But to top it off, the lounge experience was amazing. The people in Jamaica are so rich they know hard work eventually does pays off. Club Mobay is the way to go when you want to cut that customs line, a special shoutout to my people Anthoneil & Sabrina at the departure side, I forgot who was my arrival agent because I had too many rum punches made me forget because I normally remember people. When I return I will remember his name. The experience was underrated definitely deserves more praise than this review trust MY words if anything else! First off I would like to say that they should change the deception. There was absolutely no transparency about transportation not being provided like stated ! Such a huge inconvenience , that was the main reason for booking along side with vip access after landing . I have used them before , and send my travel clients . I don’t think I will be using them again . Poor communication and lack of service.

The Club Mobay representative was excellent, however I did not appreciate sitting on a tour bus for almost an hour waiting for more passengers to travel to Negril. Also the driver had the air conditioner blasting to full capacity, so a few of us were wearing a jacket. Tipping is optional, so please do not ask for a tip when service is poor.

Club Mobay was a lifesaver - our guide helped us fill out the online immigration forms, took us through immigration and customs and collected our bags for us and made sure we got to the lounge and our transfer to the resort. Coming back we zipped through security and relaxed in the lounge prior to our flight. This was one of the highlights of our trip, and I'd definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Jamaica!

We got stiffed. Viator took our $ and did not forward our reservation to Club Mobay. CM staff tried to help. We showed all emails and payment info but to no avail. Had to get through on our own. WE WANT A FULL REFUND!

This add on is a MUST have! My group and I got to skip the long line in customs. We were welcomed by a very knowledgeable staff. We made it to the lounge where we were offered drinks and food until our ride came.
