Our driver will meet you at the main exit door at Arrival, as soon as you exit the airport please look for our driver holding the sign with our company logo “Travel Together Tours Jamaica ” or the Lead passenger name printed, if your pick up location is at an hotel, Airbnb or villa etc you’ll meet at front of building, you will be the only group on the vehicle we do not mix the group with other travelers, this is a private transfer, we go to your destination, if you wish to do anything before you head to your destination please inform the driver. Any specific stops like restaurant, local store, Rest stop etc.

We had an excellent experience with our driver, Mark, who drove us from the airport to our resort in Ocho Rios. During the drive, Mark pointed out interesting sites, told us about Jamaica, and gave us tips for our stay. He also drove us by a jerk chicken restaurant, but unfortunately we had eaten earlier in the day. On our return trip to the airport, Mark took us by a traditional Jamaican food spot so be we could try an authentic snack (this was a delightful treat!) and stopped by a local souvenir spot. We had plenty of time before our flight, so Mark also took us on a loop through Montego Bay so that we could see more of the city.
Mark provided an experience far better than we anticipated, turning our drives to and from the resort into a fun part of the trip. I highly recommend using this tour/shuttle company. In addition to our excellent driver, the entire process worked smoothly and I appreciated the confirmations beforehand to know what to expect.

Our driver, Cleverton, was on time and very welcoming. He messaged us describing his clothing, which meant he was easy to identify as soon as we got outside. He was very pleasant, pointing out landmarks and providing a little history lesson as we went, answering any questions we had.

My driver’s name is Mark. He took such great care of me during my transport. He took the time to get my favorite genre of music to play to make the ride more enjoyable. We stopped for pictures at the Negril signage (10/10 photographer!) We also stopped for authentic jamaican cuisine and the jerk chicken and bammy was incredible!!!!!!! I got a private driver, personal DJ, photographer and perfect food suggestions all in one. Most importantly I arrived to my hotel safely and in a timely manner. This was honestly one of my best travel experiences, it set the bar so high for the rest of my vacation. I will be booking my return transfer through them again and when I return I know who to book!

The driver that was booked for me acted very inappropriately and unprofessionally. When I was picked up he was pleasant enough, but his attraction to me made him quite forward. I was uncomfortable and several times he attempted to hold my hand and I told him no several times. I did not think to report it at the time because I was not familiar with the culture of the island. I also thought I would get a different driver. I had a variety of drivers during my stay, and none of them were this aggressive and unprofessional.
To my disdain, he picked me up as well, but seemed different. Although he started off more "professional", there was a coldness in his demeanor towards me. I was okay because I thought the trip would be silent, which would have suited me fine. He then began to tell me how Jamaican men are and how they "test people/women to see if they are real or not". This was done several times and I told him his comments sound very pointed and directed at me and that I would prefer he be direct. He then told me people have the choice to do the right thing if they want to. After saying that a few times I understood that he meant I don't have to report any of his unprofessionalism. He then attempted to tell me that when he tried to hold my hand several times that it is a Jamaican thing. When I told him that means something much different in the States he said was unaware.
At one point, I was quite scared and made phonecalls to friends to keep connected and tell them I was on my way to the airport. They driver continued to make inappropriate remarks and conversation and I kept as silent as possible.
I would really like someone to contact to talk more about this experience. I had a beautiful time while I was in the country, and it was marred by this interaction.

First of all I would like to say again thank you a lot for taking my phone call while you were busy at work to discuss this unacceptable experience you had with one of our driver, I must say we here at Travel Together Tours Jamaica are very disappointed in this behavior from our driver, words alone cannot explain how disappointed and shocked we are and we regret that you had such an experience that you had to leave this review, you mentioned that you offered our driver to sit and eat with you and he was hesitant but did eventually sat and eat with you so we understand that you both started off on a good note and somewhere in the conversation there was something that lead us here but if you check all our past review prior to this one they are all 5 star reviews and most of those review was given to us because of this same driver, I’m not sure what got over him he is denying a lot of what you said but he is also very sorry about this and is surely disappointed that you speak of him in this fashion, regardless of him denying a lot of what you said we are still going to give you the guest the benefit of the doubt based on the recorded conversation we had I truly believe your side of the story and I hope I’m not making a mistake on that and I personally is truly sorry about this mishap and definitely will be releasing this driver from our company list and he can no longer work for us because we truly honor our guest and believe all guest should feel 100% safe and comfortable with our drivers at every given time and we can assure you and our future guest that we will not tolerate these type of drivers with such unprofessional behavior and will definitely be looking into these type of situations on how we can prevent them going forward, I will also speak to HR and have them making sure to keep a regular check on all drivers to ensure they are working in accordance to company policies and protocols so our guest can always feel comfortable when booking our service, I am pleading to your and our future guest r that I am guaranteed this will never happen again and we hope you will book with at any time so that we can demonstrate the professionalism that we are about and expect from our drivers. Thanks again for communicating with me and we look forward to a second chance to prove to you our dignity and pride in our job.

Mark was amazing! It was our first time in Jamaica and I was very anxious about the logistics getting from the airport in Montego Bay to our hotel in Ocho Rios. However my mind was at ease when I received a message a few days before the flight confirming my flight and arrival time. I even got a “safe travels” message the morning of my flight which gave me confidence that my info didn’t get lost in the shuffle.
Once we arrived, Mark was right outside the airport with the Travel Together sign and was easy to find. The car was comfortable, air conditioned, making the ride easy!
Mark even brought us to get authentic Jamaican food at a cute local spot along the way.
I highly recommend booking this company for your Montego Bay airport transfer needs.
