Enjoyable day in Florence and Pisa
Giovanni was very friendly and spoke excellent English. He clearly loves the area and was able to help us see as much as we could. We traveled with some elderly parents and he did a great job accommodating their needs and comfort. We enjoyed our tour and our experience with Giovanni. We would recommend it to our friends and family.

Pisa is amazing , Beautiful buildings . Make a stop before arriving to the port of Livorno .
The tour included visiting Florence and Pisa . Our guide Simone was very friendly and shared many interesting stories and facts about Italy and his family .
The only problem we encountered was the tourists crowds, and the summer heat . I would recommend visiting very early in the morning.
I loved Pisa ! Worth the visit .

Well organized trip, bus fairly uncomfortable
Our tour guide was extemely organized and was able to wrangle about 50 of us (one in a mobility scooter) through a two stop excursion. She deserves a trophy for even managing that gracefully with the time allotted. We loved Lucca and thought it was the hidden treasure of our visit to Tuscany. She pointed out the highlights on the map on the bus before our arrival which was quite helpful. We followed her on the walking tour and she mostly took us from one point to the next in the order that she explained them on the map. Since she had explained it already we mostly just stopped for a photo and moved on. About halfway through the tour we bailed and struck out on our own which was just as fine. We didnt get a chance to do it, but next time hope to rent bikes to ride along the city walls, the whole area is a park with nice views of the foothills. Pisa tower was about as expected - busy and very, very HOT. Minimal shade to be found in the area. We climbed to the top which I felt was worthwhile as opposed to spending the whole stop taking cheeky photos - a free bathroom visit is also included with your ticket to climb the tower! The view from the top was nice, can see some farm lands and mountains in the distance. The ride back was unfortunately a lowlight - the bus was very hot and stuffy. If the AC worked at all we couldn't tell - we would have been better off with a few open windows.

Highly recommended way to see Pisa
Excellent trip. Marta was great, just the right amount of information interspersed with humour From the start the whole process was well organised. Marta was extra thoughtful providing additional transport options for some members of the group due to the heat. Times and tickets were well planned. Climbing up the tower was well worth it and there were great views. Simon, the driver, was excellent.
I would highly recommended this trip.

Pisa/Florence
This was an amazing experience I was traveling with my family there were 13 people all together we had 2 cars and 2 drivers Mateo and Corado they were amazing friendly and entice to what we wanted to experience on this excursion. There professionalism was top notched and gave us good ideas on what to do in the square.

This was our third tour...
This was our third tour that my husband and I took with Viator on this vacation. This was a group tour and started with a little confusion on the meeting place. All the group went where they were instructed, but Daniella and the driver were actually somewhere else.
Not to worry, a quick call and they met up with us a few minutes later. There was one couple that got lost and it took Daniella a while to find them. We left about 20 mins later than planned. This was not the fault of the tour guide. Indeed, it ended up working in our favor as we missed the rush hour traffic and arrived in Florence on time.
I feel I need to say that the road to Florence is pretty rough. Also not the fault of the tour company, but you should be prepared for a bumpy ride.
Daniella filled us in on many interesting facts about Tuscany and Florence as we drove through the countryside.
In Florence we met up with a local tour guide, Riccardo. Daniella also accompanied us, so we were well looked after.
Riccardo was a fantastic guide. His pride for his family's lifelong home was evident as he explained the landmarks, architectural highlights and the historical significance of this magnificently beautiful city.
There was an issue with a slightly handicapped member of the group keeping up. Daniella, Riccardo and the driver (I'm so sorry that i don't recall his name. These drivers do an amazing job and deserve to be recognized.) worked as a team to mitigate the impact on the group while still providing this individual with the best possible experience.
Then we were off to Pisa. Daniella continued to narrate the history of that area as we made the journey there. Immediately upon arrival Daniella arranged alternate transportation onto the grounds for the handicapped person and then walked the rest of us in.
She explained the area highlights, let us know what our options were for our free time and also shared some tips so we could make the best of it.
After returning to Levorno, they went above and beyond by taking is right up to the ship dock.
Many thanks to Daniella, the driver and Riccardo for making this a very special day.

Wonderful Day With Maurizio
We had the best day with Maurizio. He was very punctual, knowledgeable of Pisa and Florence, very nice and had some great suggestions. He even booked us a nice place for lunch making it easy for us to get in right away. We highly recommend this tour and Maurizio! He made our day so much easier and fun, we didn’t have to worry about anything.

It was fun. We started in...
It was fun. We started in Pisa. Did not stay there long. Really no reason to. Take a few pictures and then it’s off to Florence. It takes about an hour and a half to get there from Pisa. Phone is great, but you are on your own once you get dropped off so you may want to make plans if you want to see any of the churches and get tickets in advance. You will have about four hours in the city. Some of the pros. They pick you up right at the ship and they drop you off right at the ship. It makes it easy if you have a family and you don’t want to ride one of the buses.

A wonderful experience...
A wonderful experience and great tour! This tour provides great insight into Lucca, a great town, wine tasting at a small family winery and a brief visit to Pisa. Rafael does an outstanding job of explaining everything and is a great tour guide. It is a no stress experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a small group tour.

Amazing Day of Memories for a Lifetime!
I cannot say enough about the wonderful day we had with Vittorio and our driver Roberto. Even through they do this every day, they bring a fresh, energetic energy to every stop we made! Not having a real idea of what we were in for, Vittorio took the lead and took us to 3 of the villages and they did not disappoint! We took the train he arranged, allowed time to swim and eat (the fired calamari place he recommended was AMAZING), and gave us the BEST photo ops. THEN there was Pisa which was so charming beyond the leaning tower. This is a day that will hold dear in my memories for many years to come!
