Our first stop is a tour of traditional cheese-making on a family-owned farm. There we can see the cheese-making process. Then you will sample fresh halloumi and have a Mediterranean branch. Our next stop is a local winery, where we will have a short tour around the winery and a wine-tasting session with local winery varieties.
