I arrived early morning 1am but on arrival I was told I had to wait another hour before my transfer I think this is a bit too long especially so late / early in the morning. I had to wait for another flight to arrive so actually didn't get to limassol until 3.30 it's way to long .
Excellent service.
Driver was very helpful and caring, as there was a mix up with the address of drop off, but he went out of his way to help.
Highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking. Our St Mark's Basillica trip was canceled at the last minute, by yourselves without explanation. Our fully paid for collection at the Lanarca airport never rocked up. Please check comments on our booking. So disappointed at what happened to us early hours this morning 😒

The shuttle driver isn’t in the airport I could tell, and when I reached out to their office to ask questions, there was a message saying they were closed. I ended up taking a taxi.

We traveled on a hot day and the a/c seemed to only work in the very front of the van. We waited 40 minutes for lost passengers and were drenched in sweat. By the time we got there were were even sweatier. A cab with a/c would have been much more pleasant.
Excellent driver. We had a lot of traffic due to fires in the hills on the way to Limassol but the driver was outstanding. The car was very nice and I was the only passenger.
I called 5 times prior to flight date and arrival to Larnaca Airport. Spoke to several agents on the phone, all telling me the same thing that everything is good to go, no worries. I had email conversations to show that everything was good to go. I was told that the information did not filter to the clerks at the counter so there is no vehicles available to take us to our hotel. I was also told that i would be refunded the full amount. We ended up waiting for 2 hours to take the public transportation.

Desk showed Viator sign & directed to exit where I waited just a few minutes till the other passengers came through. We followed the driver to the vehicle & I was delivered to my hotel first. Courteous & helped with case.
The transfer was as expected. We had to wait for 30 min before other tourist join the group. The driver was nice and dropped us in front of our hotel in Agia Napa.
I booked this online and it gave me great peace of mind to know I had a ride lined up when I landed late at night in Larnaca. This was my first time to Cyprus. They were easy to find once I exited to the rental car and other ride area, and the agent greeted me by name as I was the only one they were waiting for. The van was spacious and comfortable and I was taken straight to my hotel very quickly. It was a great value for money at only a little over $12 (US) at the time. Would definitely use them again in the future. It was also comforting to have a contact phone number on my voucher in case of a problem.
