The visits were interesting but could have been a little more in depth, more explanations and more understanding. It felt a little like going from place to place for their marketing speech and then guests expected to buy. It wasn’t really anymore than 3 locations selling you things. The drive was nice, the guide was nice but didn’t add too much value. Luckily the other guests on the tour were interesting to chat with. The lunch location we were taken to was sub-par in terms of food quality.

As the name “Meet the Locals of Troodos” suggests, this experience is focused on visiting and interacting with people who live and work in the mountain villages. Some stops, such as the rose factory and the winery, do offer their products for sale on-site; however, tasting, spending time, and enjoying these places never obligates our guests to make a purchase.
We’d also like to note that the itinerary includes several experiences not related to shopping, including a visit to Milomeris Waterfall, breakfast at a traditional halloumi farm, and time in the beautiful village of Omodos. In Omodos, our guests are given free time and complete freedom to choose if and where they would like to enjoy lunch.
Our intention is always to provide an authentic, relaxed experience that highlights local culture, nature, and traditions, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future guests.

Our guide Irene was very knowledgeable. She explained about Cypriot culture and history all while driving us to our various stops in the Troodos Mountains. I would recommend this trip and especially Irene.

My wife and I traveled to the mountains of Troodos, the excellent and knowledgeable Katerina was our driver and guide showed us the hidden Cyprus, from meat and sausage smoking/preserving to distilling rose petals to make perfumes and drinks, to the distillation of the fiery zivania and the making and tasting of Halloumi cheese. An excellent day well spent. Hoping to use this company again next year.

Great day spent seeing the land side of Cyprus and meeting local wine and cheese shops. Catherina was our host guide and also a driver, she was super nice and informative. There was some part of the roads were very winding, curve so you can get a bit motion sickness. Make sure to bring some snacks for the long drive.

The cultural side was very good but would have been good to have lunch break considering we left hotel 08:30 in the morning and returned 18:15 i the evening. The guide and driver were friendly and kept everyone on their toes.

I really enjoyed this tour. Robert was an excellent, informative and friendly tour guide who is clearly very passionate about his country and all it has to offer.
The tour itself was very very varied with a lot of activity covered - halloumi tasting, rose sampling, lunch at a traditional Taverna, wine tasting and a trip to a waterfall/monastery. It didn't feel especially rushed although I would have preferred a bit more time in Omodos village, which was very cute.
For the cost, this trip is extremely good value and was a very good day out.

What a beautiful tour! Our guide Irini was exceptional! She introduced us to the natural treasures of Cyprus, the people living in the Troodos Mountains and their warmth, the sweet and savory flavors of Cyprus, and its fascinating history in an engaging and informative way. Highly recommended! The only downside is that there’s quite a bit of travel involved, so I might suggest skipping the visit to the waterfall from the itinerary and extending our time in the Troodos villages instead. :)

The tour was wonderfull! The car was not a van but a normal extended car and it wasn’t airconditioned.The driver didn't speak English well enough tot tell us anything. That’s why he wasn’t speaking or telling us anything unless we asked for it. But he showed us beautifull places!

Our van have air-condition we advise our drivers to ask if people prefer the fresh air of the mountains before open windows . thank you for the advise. from now on our drivers if they're not good in English have a devise. translate to any language. Since is unavoidable to have authentic hospital locals and be excellent at English

A bit random with a little bit of everything. The Rose Factory is the part I recommend seeing the most. I would also say the wine tasting was not included. The winery we visited it was 10 euro if you did not buy a bottle, so just something to keep in mind.
