A hands on cooking class suitable for all ages followed by a relaxing dinner (Pizza) or Lunch (Pasta) in a countryside setting is the perfect way to relax and also learn! Whether you choose our pasta or pizza lesson both allow you hands on practice and a satisfying meal we prepare together, complete with hand selected local wines (and their story). Enjoy an amazing truffle hunting with a professional "Trifolao" and his trained dog near Monforte d' Alba. Breathe pure air in a gorgeous wood and enjoy the intense truffle scent. Meet the hunter and his dogs, who are specially trained to sniff out truffles, you’ll have a good chance of tracking down the elusive fungi. Along the way, learn more about truffles and why they are so rare, and pick up expert tips on how to find them. During the Hunting you will take a brake for a cheese tasting with black truffle scratched on top, the experience ends with a wine tasting.

With this full-day tour, I'll take you on a discovery of some of the finest local cheeses and wines, which shepherds and small farmers keep alive with their hard work and passion in some of the most authentic and pristine areas of our region. We'll begin the day by visiting a small dairy in Alta Langa. Here, you'll have the opportunity to learn about their traditional cheesemaking process and hear details about their pasture-raising method, while walking and observing the animals around the farm. Around midday, it's the perfect time for a light and authentic lunch at the farm : we'll taste their delicious cheeses along with other local products such as honey, homemade jams, and sourdough bread. A delicious lunch with a breathtaking view of the valley. After saying goodbye to this beautiful place, we'll continue our journey to the winery. Surrounded by picturesque vineyards, after visiting the traditional cellar, we'll taste with the winemaker some of their most classic wines.

Ideal on hot summer days (we will touch 750 m altitude), this tour will climb through the vineyards of Barolo but touching "Alta Langa", famous for hazelnut cultivation. We will visit typical villages off the tourist routes, in an area yet to be discovered. We will discover the main natural resources of the Langhe and you can taste hazelnut products, such as spreads and pastries, through one of the most beautiful scenic routes in the area that will surely leave you speechless! Departing from Alba, the capital of the Langhe, the route is about 75/80 kilometers long and you will have a Pro Guide who will explain your surroundings so that you can better appreciate this beautiful region. The tour is private, so there will only be your group together with the Guide, so we will shape the length of the route as best as possible according to your needs. Guide experience on scooters or motorcycles is required.
