During the Hunting you will take a brake for a cheese tasting with black truffle scratched on top, the experience ends with a wine tasting.

Departing from Alba, we will travel on board our 75/80km Vespa between Barolo and Barbaresco and you will have a Pro Guide who will explain you what surrounds you so that you can better appreciate this beautiful wine region. We will discover the main natural resources of the Langhe and admire the castles and medieval villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. - We will pass among the most famous villages of the Langhe, famous for their great wines; - We will stop in location with spectacular views - There will be the opportunity to stop at wine bars and wine bars to taste (in moderation) a glass of Nebbiolo!!! The tour is private, so there will only be your group together with the Guide, so we will shape the length of the route as best as possible according to your needs. We will visit the Langhe, a UNESCO world heritage site since 2014, from an ecological and sporting point of view. A few kilometers away from Alba and Barolo, we will travel along paved secondary roads and you will have a professional at your disposal who will be able to help you make the best use of your ebike and will explain what surrounds you so you can better appreciate this wonderful wine-growing region . The route is approximately 40 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 840 metres, therefore suitable for medium-trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the medieval towers and villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The route, completely on asphalt, is easy and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty on the steep sections, the guide will show you how to tackle them safely, or will change the route to make it easier and more fun for everyone.

On this private tour, you won’t just get to taste some of its most famous culinary products—you’ll go behind the scenes and see how they’re produced. First, join a truffle hunter and his dog on a walk, and see if you unearth any treasures. Then, transfer to a family-run winery, where you’ll learn how wine is made and enjoy samples of Barolo. Note: occasionally, the truffle hunt may be shared with a few other guests, in order to preserve the delicate environment where truffles grow, endangered by the recent climate changes

With this full-day tour, I'll take you on a discovery of some of the finest local cheeses and wines, which shepherds and small farmers keep alive with their hard work and passion in some of the most authentic and pristine areas of our region. We'll begin the day by visiting a small dairy in Alta Langa. Here, you'll have the opportunity to learn about their traditional cheesemaking process and hear details about their pasture-raising method, while walking and observing the animals around the farm. Around midday, it's the perfect time for a light and authentic lunch at the farm : we'll taste their delicious cheeses along with other local products such as honey, homemade jams, and sourdough bread. A delicious lunch with a breathtaking view of the valley. After saying goodbye to this beautiful place, we'll continue our journey to the winery. Surrounded by picturesque vineyards, after visiting the traditional cellar, we'll taste with the winemaker some of their most classic wines.
