From the moment we met her, Lisa was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made us feel like we weren’t just guests on a tour, she made us feel like **family**. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and enjoying every single moment of our day. Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much fascinating information about Maui, its history, culture, and all of the beautiful places we visited along the way.You could truly tell how passionate she is about Maui and how much she loves sharing the island with others. She was also incredibly accommodating and attentive to everything we needed. She made sure we were comfortable, checked on us throughout the entire day, and made us feel so well taken care of.?Her kindness and personality made the entire experience feel so personal, honestly, it felt like we were spending the day with a friend who just happened to know everything about Maui! My adult daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Marty and the rest of the group!! So much to take in; Marty gave plenty of photo opportunities! He led with humor and knowledge and answered questions (or found out answers)... Our group seemed like long lost friends with Marty throwing the reunion! The day went by quickly but plentiful! I am so grateful and I want everyone to know that my pinky is bruised but will heal fine, and for now gives me a reason to keep talking about our fabulous day on the road the Hana! A Hui Hou Kākou!!

I’ve never come across a guide quite like him—so knowledgeable, artistic, a perfect communicator, kind, an entertainer, and an excellent safe driver. Believe me, I’ve taken many tours, and I’m 69 years old. He was incredibly patient and made me feel relaxed and happy throughout the tour. He was very knowledgeable about not only the places we visited but also had a wealth of knowledge about Hawaii’s history. He shared his knowledge in a very fun way. He was very pleasant even in early morning and very patient with driving. He made me feel safe, yet he started and finished the tour right on time. He was also very artistic and took a photo per my request that really impressed me. I could write about my joyful ride forever, but I don’t want to make it too long. Just have to say, Dao, you must have a very high IQ, in addition to your artistic side, to be able to do all of that in such a perfect way. You really impressed me! Thank you for everything you did!
