Great tour and it really...
Great tour and it really does take you to restaurants you’re not going to stumble into without a local guide. Our guide was awesome and she answered other questions we had about Japan in general and different cultural questions we had. Really enjoyed it!

Thank you Den for a great tour!
My husband and I did the full day tour with Den and loved seeing all the sites in Nara Park and Uji. Den was lovely, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. The temples, the shrine, feeding the deer, the delicious traditional Japanese lunch and the matcha tea ceremony were highlights of our time in Japan. I do have some recommendations to make the tour smoother: the coordinates on the app lead us to the back of the building. Just Google the Tully coffee house location for a less confusing map. Den was very good about giving an overview of our day, however, the map she used was not to scale and Nara Park is quite large and the crowds made it hard to navigate at times. We missed our meeting point and were lost for about an hour. The phone number provided for support did not work, but we were able to quickly communicate with the company via text messages on the app. It would have helped if we had specific pre-arranged ranged meeting times and locations so when we did get separated, we knew where next to be. Also, when we were walking next to Den, we got great information, but it was otherwise hard to hear her in the crowded streets. On the bus, she gave great explanations. Overall, we would recommend this full day tour!

Long day , but life...
Long day , but life changing as we need to put our world perspective in place. The calm and understanding of Mito helped everyone take in the enormity of the events of the first atomic bomb snd how the residents still live with the ghosts of the event.

Great day with Lee
We had a great day in Ine and Amanohashidate with Lee. Funny jokes, great communication before and during the tour, and excellent organisation on the day. Note for other travellers: the sake brewery in Ine closes between 12:00 and 13:00, so if you’d like to visit it, I would recommend going there first when you arrive in Ine.
