Lost Souls Alley requires a minimum of two and a maximum of six participants per experience.

You must be 14 and up to participate in the experience, which lasts approximately 25 minutes.

Lighting up the path or taking photos during your experience is strictly prohibited.

Pregnant women and individuals with cardiac problems are strongly advised against participating.

Proper footwear is required, and individuals wearing high heels, wedge shoes, sandals, or flip-flops may be refused entry.

The experience may not be suitable for those who are claustrophobic or easily frightened.
