Delicious food around Kathmandu
Recommended! Very well organised with a whatsapp contact at all times. We walked around going to different restaurants and street stalls. All very delicious food, spicy food clearly defined and good diversity of food until we were all full. Travelling alone as well, good way to meet others and have a chat around the dining table! The host Deepak is also super friendly and shares lots of good food and culture information.

Best tour guide ever!
Absolutely brilliant trip - made much more special because of our fantastic guide. He was so helpful, supportive and informative. I felt like we just had another very informed friend travelling alongside us. We will definitely be staying in touch with him!

This tour was a really...
This tour was a really great way to see all of the highlights of Kathmandu in one day. I thought the tour was well organized and not overwhelming in terms of information, but when I look back we did SO much. It can be sometimes ~20 minutes in the car between sites which I think helped it feel less overwhelming.
My guide was Razz who was great at giving the highlights and answering any questions that I had. I appreciated how he let me take my time in some places and was receptive when I was moving quicker through other places. Overall, I really enjoyed the tour!

Great tour
This is a fast paced tour. Everything was well organized, our guide Sumit was friendly, very knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to share his culture and history of the area. The lunchbox provided was fresh and tasty.Overall, the experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Wonderful view of Everest
Our tour guide picked us from hotel and initially I was disappointed we are on Yeti Air’s propeller plane - for the price I am paying I was expecting Buddha Air or Shree. However all was good and sky was clear. Those sitting on the left has longer view of mountain range until the plane makes a turn then those on right side will have glimpse of Everest immediately. Overall wonderful experience !

An awesome experience and the highlight of my tour
I am speechless when we arrived in Lukla airport. The view there is already awesome but more when we were in Periche and when we landed in Kalapathar. The food and view at Everest Mountain View hotel is great. We are lucky to have a good weather and view.

Nice and flexible tour
Nice tour with friendly guide and excellent driver. I got car sick and they took a less bumpy but slower route back to make it easier for me. I was also traveling with an autistic child you is non verbal and they were very accommodating to his needs.

If you are interested in alternative healing you must do!
I have always been interested in alternative medicine and healers since I was a little girl. Krishna was an excellent guide. He explained what the Shaman would do and what it was. I was able to have my own consultation and he explained everything to me and what the Shaman said and explained the ceremony. During the ceremony I could feel the vibrations and energy moving up and throughout my body. I was definitely a lot more relaxed afterwards. I was also able to witness locals visit with Shaman as well and their ceremonies. Each ceremony was different. Krishna was very thorough, friendly, and welcoming! He even took photos and video of the ceremony for me. I couldn’t ask for a better guide.

A Wonderful Window into Nepal
After having traveled to over 70 countries and taken my fair share of tours, our guide on this tour, Bidhya, was quite possibly the best tour guide I've ever had. We started our morning with a pick up at our hotel where Bidhya was waiting and drove out to Nagarkot for a short hike through the hills halfway across the suspension bridge and up to the lookout point for the Himalayas. The drive to get there was about an hour and a half in a comfortable, air conditioned car, where Bidhya gave us a very detailed explanation of the Kathmandu Valley and its history and traditions. After Nagarkot, we headed to Bhaktapur where we walked among the squares and temples, and the local streets, for a good two hours. This was a fantastic look into a fascinating world. All throughout, Bidhya explained the importance and use of the squares along with a background as to how Hinduism and Bhuddism are practiced in Nepal. After a good 6 hours, we returned to our hotel, extremely satisfied with our experience. A huge shoutout to Breakfree Adventures for putting this trip together and all the kudos in the world for the best guide in Kathmandu, Bidhya. Kudos as well to our great driver Lok who managed those Kathmandu Valley streets to perfection. A wonderful and highly recommended experience!!!

Nagarkot Sunrise morning walk
We had a great time on this walk with Madan. Making it to the sunrise and seeing the Himalayas was incredible. The walk also took us around local areas and temples. Madan was very informative and made our day a great experience. Definitely recommend this day trip and Madan.

The scope and diversity of Kathmandu tours is impressive. There are also scenic helicopter and airplane rides, food tours, cooking classes, white-water rafting trips, and Kathmandu Valley tours of the region's UNESCO World Heritage sites.
