What are people saying about Hue

Ha is great!
This tour was one of the best learning experiences I had in Vietnam. The guide Ha was incredibly knowledgeable, answered my (many!) follow-up questions well, and spoke English fluently. If I could have bought more guided tours from her specifically, I would have.

10/10 recommend!!
Soooo fun to ride through the scenic areas on an easy rider! It’s surprisingly comfortable so I was fine even though it was a long trip. Win was an excellent driver and guide, I felt like I was in good hands, his driving was very smooth.
Tip: Even though you get on an elevator to Marble Mountain, there are still quite steep terrains so good to wear comfortable shoes and attire. When we went up to the mountains through the Hai Van Pass, it got a little chilly and it was also quite windy so bringing a light jacket or windbreaker would be ideal.
Initially when we left it was raining. Win, my driver, provided me with a two piece rain gear so I was completely dry but it stopped raining pretty quickly. Because it’s a private tour you can go at a your own pace and request for bathroom breaks when needed. He also had so much water prepared (cold) that I was not dehydrated at all.
If you like feeling the wind on your face and getting the best view (and stop anytime for a good photo op) I would definitely recommend this over a private car tour!!! Thank you Win!

Best overall experience...
Best overall experience with Quang, my driver. He adjusted the pace according to my preferences, and since we had some extra time, he kindly drove me to Son Tra so I could see more of Danang. Thank you for taking such good care of me. I had a wonderful time!!!

Absolutely loved it
Absolutely loved it!
We even made a boat tour!
The food was delicious, the foot bath relaxing, making the mungobean cake was fun too and we even fed the fishes which was an experience xD
Serene was absolutely adorable and told us a lot of things.
We also had an amazing group, which made the experience even better.
We got to do so much stuff in a relatively short time.

Excellent Tour to Paradise and Phong Nha Caves
The full day tour of Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave from Hue begins with an early (4:15am) pickup in Hue , and a 3.5 - 4 hour drive to Dong Hoi, but you can catch up on sleep on the very comfy van ride (though you will miss seeing the beautiful countryside as the sun rises if you do fall asleep!). The two caves are spectacular, with amazing mineral formations. Water is provided, as is lunch between visits to the two caves. You can then catch up on any further rest you may need on the return drive home to your hotel in Hue. Shout out to our very animated and friendly guide Tra (or Jessica, being her english name), who was a fountain of knowledge of the caves, the history of the area and the people who live in it. You will also get a crash course in the most important Vietnamese words, as well as tips on the ways that food is different in northern, central, and southern Vietnam. Highly recommended!!

Great Tour
The tour was exceptional! We wanted some tour on the way from Hue to Hoi An and this was exactly it! We had Hoà as our tour guide- he was incredibly nice and knowledgable about the regions. He accomodated us and made sure we were well taken care of. 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting a peak of Da Nang with little time!

Great Tour with Tai, our guide!
Excellent tour! Our guide, Tai, was very knowledgeable about the Imperial City and Vietnam's history. We were picked up at our hotel right on time, and it was only me & 2 friends on the tour - it felt very private. Tai's English was great & understandable. He's an awesome tour guide and can tell he loves his job. Imperial City history is fascinating. We also visited the Pagoda for about 20 minutes, then took a boat ride on the Perfume River back to the van. I highly recommend this tour...and Tai.

Best tour of Hue
Misa is an excellent tour guide, I recommend you request her for any tour you plan in Hue. Our half-day tour was just the right length, comprehensive but not tiring (we're in our 80s). Fascinating visits to historical highlights with a relaxing boat ride. Ha is a fine, careful driver with a comfortable vehicle and plenty of cold water. You can't beat this tour.

Fantastic and generous food walking tour. Book immediately.
My 2 friends and I had a wonderful and wonderfully filing evening traipsing around Hue with our knowledgeable guide Ha. She guided us to 7 spots over the course of our nearly 3 hour, 5,000 step walking tour.
All of the food has been covered elsewhere, but please arrive hungry. We enjoyed a local Huda beer and covered a lot of ground in the city heat. Ha provided welcome commentary on what we were seeing (and eating) and the wait lines for food were very short, even when some of the establishments seemed at capacity. In sum, this was an educational, delicious, memorable evening and one you should book immediately.
Favorite dish: the Hue gelatinous rice cakes (Bánh Nậm) and the tiny clam rice (Cơm Hến).
Suggestions: bring along an appetite and a bottle of water or two as all the eating is thirsty work. Oh and do try the bonus infamous duck egg (Trứng Lộn). This defeated us, but maybe you'll conquer it.

Genuine food and guide
Had a great time with Cham, on the back of his scooter visiting ~7 places. All dishes were new to me apart from Banh Mi (which was excellent), and all were great. Little spots all filled with locals so you know they’re genuine.
Cham lives locally and frequents some of the places we went.
As a solo traveler it was great to chat with Cham and learn more about his life and Hie in general.
Highly recommend.

A full and interesting tour exploring the locations and history of the DMZ.
This was an amazing full day tour to visit and explore the main locations relevant to the DMZ zone.
Thuan our guide explained the relevant history of the South and North and the many countries involved in relation to the establishment of the zone and how it became a key area in relation to the indochina wars.
A visit to the main US airbase located in the zone was fascinating.
Just travelling across the mejestic mountains in that region with some stops for coffee and lunch was itself a great experience as well.

Prompt, clean, courteous transportation.
We have been in Vietnam for 2 weeks so far and have used Viator transportation a couple of times. Each time it is wonderful. The drivers are prompt and courteous and the vehicles are clean and comfortable. We rode today with Sam from Hue to Hoi An. He was very good! Spoke good English had a lot of info to share and gave us lots of good tips about getting around Hoi An. I highly recommend.
