We needed to go from Hue to Hoi An but the train was fully booked. Instead we booked this transfer via car. It was a very good choice. Son, our driver, was excellent. He took us to a few spots on the way to stop and take pictures. He explained what we were seeing. He was friendly and lovely to deal with. There were 5 of us and luggage. I couldn’t imagine a nicer, more comfortable ride. It was a long way but Son was a very good driver. I would highly recommend this as a relaxing way to move from o e city to the next on holiday.

Fabulous day driving from Hue to Hoi An with Tom! He was lovely to chat to and we had a great time stopping at the different tourist stops along the way (Lagoon, Hai Van Pass, Marble Mountains). His van is large and comfortable and fit all of our many bags. Also the price is very fair. We highly recommend taking your trip with Tom!

Long day transfer by road, with several stops to see sights and take rest. Very good driver (Chris) who spoke English well and gave us plenty of useful and interesting information about the sights we saw and the other activities we might try while touring Vietnam.

In a country with road safety as dodgy as Vietnam, Tri was a breath of fresh air. I felt safe with his driving. He wasn’t impatient and was extremely smooth with his driving. He didn’t use his phone, which is a rarity when finding drivers in Vietnam! Also his car was clean, cool, and modern.
Even better, Tri was a great conversationalist, able to speak from an informed position in many matters and with the ability to consider the perspective of those from outside Vietnam. Equally, he had the emotional intelligence to determine when it was time to pass some of the journey in peace and quiet without any awkwardness.
I highly recommend Tri and will use him again when I return to the area in future.
