This was a great tour with Thanh. She is a great tour guide who very passionate about her city and the local dishes. We tried things in restaurants we wouldn’t have found on our own. We would definitely recommend this tour.

It's a great opportunity...

It's a great opportunity to learn about the culture and the food! I've learned about Hue through the food, people, and hospitality. Prepare to eat a lot and remember to pace yourself - don't get too excited by the first few dishes, as other dishes are stellar too! Many thanks to Thanh, our guide, who was so warm and energetic. We would recommend this as a core part of the Hue tour!

Come hungry! There’s a wealth of delicious tastes and experiences ahead of you! The weather was dreadful but the crashing rain did not deter us or our intrepid guide Thanh from sharing with us her knowledge of local delicacies.

This was a lot of fun. We did the private cyclo option. Cycles are a great way to see hue. The slow pace allows you to admire the sights along the river. Food was delicious.

A must do in Hue

Even the rain couldn't dampen my enjoyment. Matthew the guide had perfect English and provided a lot of local info. We ate lot of different local dishes and each was as good as the last. The group was small and gelled well. Fab tour.

What a great food tour - we went to at least 5 authentic food stops and were introduced to the fab and tasty foods of Hue. Our guide was attentive and made sure she explained each dish to us in some detail. Phenomenal food tour of all the authentic Hue eats! My was a spectacular guide, who took my wife and I to try all the best spots. We ate all the flavors and authentic dishes of the city. Some of our favorites were the nem chua, delicious che dessert, and cơm hền. My is most knowledgeable of the local history and best town spots. She is a hilarious and witty guide. 100% recommend the walking tour option with My for families, small groups, and couples. Thank you My!

What an incredible food tour in Hue! Matthew was great at explaining the foods we were eating and why he chose each family run restaurant for each particular dish. He was very candid about his life and family and it was fascinating leaning about culture, food and life in Vietnam from him. I also smiled the entire time riding on the back of his motorbike. It was actually comfortable and I felt safe. I was so full by the end of the tour and the food was very good.
