i expected to learn more about the history of that place ...the truth is she showed us what is each place but she didnt tell much about the History ...she spoke good english and was kind but she wrote messages in her mobile like all the time... maybe she wasnt historian and thats why she didnt knew much ...i dont know

I was the only person and it became a private tour. Thanh was personable and I totally felt at ease being accompanied by her. She was knowledgable and enthusiastic about Hue’s history. I was captivated by her anecdotes of the emperors and was able to learn a lot. Also don’t hesitate to ask her about the recommendations for the local food places!

Sue was our tour guide for this half day walking tour. If I could rate Sue for her presentation it would be 10 out of 5. She is relatively young at 22 , but has perfect English, great knowledge of the emperors city, a zany infectious sense of humour and totally adorable to both my wife and I. Imagine being personally escorted around thousand year history by a “China doll”, that’s how we felt at the end of it, well done. I would have no hesitation recommending this tour and hopefully Sue to do it.

Tour was over in 2 hours. Guide's english not clear. He was just firing random facts without a clear story. Cannot say I know much about Citadel.

We had a really wonderful entertaining time with our guide Bem. She had arrived at the meeting point very punctually. And despite the rainy weather, the sun immediately rose and the spark of kindness has jumped. Your modern way to introduce us to the culture of the Imperial Palace is very refreshing. We also learned a lot about how a young Vietnamese woman imagines her future. All coupled with a lot of wit and esprit. A real recommendation.

La experiencia mala. Pedí un tour con un guia de habla hispana porque así lo ofrecían me cobraron el importe y luego nos ofrecieron uno de habla inglesa así que no pudimos hacer el tour. Hasta ahora no nos han devuelto el importe.
